studio and co. is the ONLY place that i consistently get a superb haircut; at 81, my friends always compliment me on my hair.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored with the stylist at studio and co for years. I am always been happy with my hair. I have used different stylist and have liked all of them. I drive from Harford County to have my hair done there. I will continue to go there. Very Satisfied

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Karen gave me a new look and I received many compliments. She is very fun and friendly! Bri shampooed my hair. It was very relaxing. She was very nice and helpful.

I've been to many many salons and none of them gave me more satisfation than studio and co. The stylist are very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. I'd recomend this to anyone looking for a high class salon with a positive atmosphere and great people.

The first time I went it was great. The second time, not. The shampoo person was very immature and inexperienced. Think what you want but when you show up for a job and expect to get paid and tipped, know what you're doing and act like you want to be there. Also, listen to learn. The hair cut was not something that I could work with. Yes. I took a picture, showed it, and explained that I could really only use one hand to style it. I like the hair stylist and will return to see if it was fluke. If not, I won't return. The salon it's self could stand a deep cleaning.

Heather styled my hair in September for a formal event. I have fine hair and she styled it half up and half down - it looked great and held the entire day. I am very glad that I went to this salon. I've not yet gotten a cut or color here.

I have been going to this salon for 15 years, and even though I have moved out of Baltimore, I still drive almost two hours just to get my hair done, if that says anything about how much I love this place and my stylist, Darcy. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this salon since the early 90's when it was originally Studio 1612. It remains the premier salon in Baltimore/Mt. Washington. It's the best! Check out Tracy for your hair styling needs. She's professional and creatively talented. Ask for Ona to set up an appointment with a stylist. The best salon staff available!

I highly recommend Tracy. She does an excellent job with my short, fine hair. She won't try to convince you to color your gray if you don't want to, but she's happy to do (partial) highlights if you choose to go that route. Plus she's super nice and grounded.

My loyalty to this salon continues to grow. Typically, Leslie is my stylist. If our schedules don't work out, she and the staff are wonderful at matching me with another stylist, which was the case recently. Thank you, Christie, for a wonderful visit and styling! I love this salon! They have great stylists, clean environment and friendly and professional staff. Lesley is my favorite stylist but they all do beautiful work!

I like my stylist and I think she does a good job on my hair. The Salon itself however is absolutely filthy! I have horrible allergies and have a difficult time with the smell of styling products but what is worse is all of the dust, dirt and other peoples hair all over the place. Please, please do some real cleaning so I can get my hair done again!

I have been going to Studio for a very long time. They are great to deal with. A great staff regardless of where they are in the shop-front desk, shampoo area, etc. The stylists themselves are professionals and quite qualified.

Staff is amazing, I go to Hannah and I LOVE her. She listens to what I want every time instead of trying to talk me out of it / convince me to do something they think would be better (which has happened at every other salon). I've never walked out of there unsatisfied, she's truly amazing so if you need a stylist who is good with color and who listens, call!!! I love it!

Everyone is tremendously friendly and pays attention to your salon needs. They work very hard to get you an appointment when you need to make changes.

My family and I have gone to Studio and Company for many years now. All the employees are always very friendly and welcoming. My stylist, Ashley, always does a great job, and wants to always be sure that my hair is the way I want it, and it always is!

I've been going to Studio & Co. for many years. I've always been treated like a dear friend, even by the employees who have never seen me before. My stylist always listens to my ideas, talks me out of making decisions that would cause me to suffer, (like coloring my hair!) and she even remembers the stories I tell her! All the customers have smiles on their faces when they come in and especially when they leave! It's truly a happy place!

I'm never going back there again. I specifically told my stylist I liked long layers, she disregarded everything and cut my hair so short. I'm not a hair expert but know exactly what I want. I hate it when stylists try to aggressively impose their lack of skill as this is the new thing and don't worry it's still long. Please, let me be the judge of that. My hair was long and it took me a while to grow it out and now it's all gone. I wanted 1.5 inch trim, not all my layers chopped off. Really disappointed.

I was so lucky to find Studio & Co when I moved to Baltimore from San Francisco in 2005. Even though I now live 45 minutes away I still go to Ellen religiously. Everyone there is kind and wonderful and I love the upbeat yet relaxing environment. Five bright stars for Studio & Co.!

Have been going to this salon for almost 20 years, even when it had a different name! Always a relaxed, super friendly atmoshere where people actually know your name. The stylists all seem to love their jobs and their customers. I never get the feeling that an employee doesn't want to be there. How can you resist a place like this? And, btw, Christi is the best!

I have been a client at Studio & Company since its inception and prior to that when it was Studio 1612. I believe I have been a client of Tracey Richards for over twenty years. Each time I go to Studio and Company, I am greeted by the staff, offered something to drink, and directed to change into a smock. Tracey is a magician when it comes to my hair. I always love my color and cut. The support staff is just that - very supportive to the stylists and the clients. I love going to Tracey at Studio and Company, and I highly recommend the salon.

Especially in these Covid times...Studio & Co is safe! Everyone wears masks, the hairdresser washes your hair. No extra people in the salon. Just the few hairdressers and their clients. Maybe 4 at the most!! Feel VERY safe there! Nobody is waiting...you call when you arrive and they let you in.

I keep returning because I have a gal that really gives me a great cut because she listens to what I want. One of the shampoo staff give what feels like a short head massage as she washes my head. I almost start purring! When finished I'm asked if I'd like water or tea and that's a nice touch.

I greatly miss the excellent service and wonderful people at Studio &Co. Tracy is the best! I moved to San Antonio for work and haven't found anything to match this salon.

Stacy is an awesome hair stylist. She is friendly, knowledgeable. She will ask what your hair routine is and make recommendations for products and how to take care your hair based on that. She also cuts my layers according how I style my hair daily.

The Studio is a comfortable and an upscale place to get your hair (or wig) cut, colored, curled or treated in any other acceptable way. You have to climb some serious steps to get there, though. Once in, the receptionists are capable, professional, friendly and smooth. I felt welcome and well taken care of. The interior is so clean and comfortable. The inside area is broken into private spaces. I felt like I was the only one there! I got a cut and dry from Rosie. She listened to me, and she "got" what I wanted (I brought pictures.), and she did a truly amazing job. I love my new look!
