The employees were great. When I called to pick up, and then had a flight delay, Elaine (?) I am so bad with names, was very helpful and flexible. I also loved that they like our dogs, Mister X and Ziggy. It made me feel good that it wasn't an impersonal motel for the dogs.Thanks very much for the great service.
