Loved everything. From the food to the waterpark. To Snowtubing. Only issue I had was with our wrist keys not working a few times. Their front desk staff helped us each time. They were great! Can't wait to come back again soon.

I'd recommend staying elsewhere and just come in for the water park.

Ugh, was expecting so much more. Complete let down. Room was good and what I expected. Few minor issues that staff just made us feel unwelcome. We checked in and there was only one tissue in the box left. I saw housekeeping door was open with them inside. I asked if they could give us another tissue box as ours was empty. After they handed me the box I turn around and just hear the door slam. Made me feel so unwelcome and rude for asking for a common courtesy from the hotel. The door was open before it just makes a statement you're not welcome now. Really weird. Anyways the breakfast buffet is terrible. They make the food as low grade as possible and it shows. The sausage gravy lacked sausage and the biscuits were stale and dry. Eggs for omelette just look weird. Omelette chef makes you feel unwelcome as well. He's like a drill Sergent. Every single handle I touched to serve my food was covered in stick gunk. My hands were so gross after a trip up to the buffet. Got all excited to see a rice crispy treat there. It is by far the worst rice krispy treat I've ever eaten. It's like they put one marshmallow per box of cereal. I felt the treat sucking all the moisture out of my body as I ate it. Lastly when we booked my wife asked about late check out as we have a new born. They said fine no problem. Then the day we check out she called the lobby for late check out. They were aggressive in telling her absolutely not. She stated she had asked prior and was told it was ok. She was told we have to be out by 11 sharp or we'd get a late fee. You guys really exceed at one thing. That is making people feel unwelcome at your resort. More reviews to come on other sites. Enjoy!

Loved it. Family wants to go again. It was a rainy day when I went so I loved the indoor water park. I loved that everything was in 1 building from having fun in the water, to playing in the arcade, to having dinner after all the fun. As well as having a gift/snack shop n of course can't forget the bars for adult fun too

So much potential, and unfortunately it didn't deliver. First, the hotel was very nice, and the room was great. We had the double bunk beds suite. Room was plenty sufficient for our needs. We didn't eat at the in house restaurants so can't comment on the food. Instead we bought groceries at the Weis grocery store located 10 minutes away. Second, the water park was fun but had very little for small/young kids and no slide that the whole family could ride. But the hours were great and the later you stayed the quieter the water park got. Third, the ski hill was variable. The lift that picks you up at the hotel wasn't working so a very long walk to the main part of the hill with several small children was not fun. The terrain was skiable but quite icy despite sufficiently cold temperatures that could have had snow being made. Included in the stay was 4 lift tickets, and discounts on snow tubing which my wife and sons enjoyed thoroughly. The daycare was very reasonably priced and well run. Our 3 year old had fun and didn't mind going back the second time. The staff on the hill was great which brings me to my final point. The staff in the water park and the hotel for the most part was excellent. Helpful and courteous as you would expect, save for two people in customer service who were so unbelievably rude I felt obligated the speak to a manager. If you have older children, 10 or older, I would consider returning, but with younger would rather have gone to Great wolf lodge (10 minutes away). Also of note in the area is some outlet shopping which have always been able to find some good deals.

Our daughter wanted to go snowtubing for her birthday, so, we decided to go to Camelback. We had a blast!! The only thing is, if its crowded, the wait can be a little long. Luckily I live close by. I was able to go home and we went back and had a blast.

Went here for an office event. The rooms are clean and there are various activities (arcades, mini-bowling, indoor water park, etc) that you can do here. You can also get a nice view of the mountains if your room is near the 2nd Floor lobby section.

Easy access from the parking lot. Process is simple...fill d forms..book ur passes (3hrs). Trustme it gets so cold u will wanna take a break in between..so 3hrs are enough time. Wear ur batches and ur all set. There's people at every step to co-ordinate and guide you.. which is why everything seems very well organized.

They have slots every hour. I knew some people who bought a slot 1/2hr after it started, however they ended up with 2 1/2hrs. So be smart and choose ur timing wisely.

There's food and hot beverages on sale and an enclosed seating...you also see a fire pit with people gathered around. Oh and they also have a gift shop and a photo shop(where you can collect ur pics).
Njoy!

My family and really enjoyed ourselves here. We went for the snow tubing. 3 hour session. Things moved pretty smooth and we were able to come down the hill enough times. Some people didn't like having to hand off their tube to others waiting in line once they got to the bottom (some were down right hostile) but like I said seemed to move fast enough. I would return.

Excellent service. room service closes at 9pm so if you are from city area (NYC)and late night eater, try to eat early or takeout before they close down the room service or other restaurants.

Great place for families to enjoy the summer. They have something for everyone! There is an indoor water park, Aquatopia. Camelbeach is their outdoor water park. There is also a mountain adventure park where you can ride zip-lines and a mountain coaster. The resort houses a spa, gym, restaurants, bars, arcade, a kid's adventure area and a kid's craft room. A short drive away you'll also find lots of shops, restaurants, an outlet mall, grocery store, pharmacies, and more.

They made a mistake with our reservation and I even spoke to someone on the phone before we left. Drove two hrs for them to say sorry and do nothing!! I work for a 5 star resort hotel and we would never do anything like this. We would make it right with our guest!! Ended up going to Kalahari!!

I loved

Waterpark and arcade were really fun for the kids. $24 dinner buffet for adults, $16 for breakfast. For the amount that our family eats, it's a little high, but the variety was really good. Rooms were clean. Only small issues here and there, nothing major (took a few tries before you could get the front desk) and ultimately they took care of it.

It's nice to have different things to do aside from the indoor and outdoor water parks. I think after 2 days in the water parks it starts to get boring. Well not here! They have Zip Lining, Tree top Adventures, Segway Tours, etc. There's something for everyone. I will definitely be coming back.

I recommend this hotel, ONLY if you have children. It has unbeatable amenities for entertaining the little ones onsite. But it is not a true ski in/ski out for those who must rent their skis. Only for those who own and bring skis. The front desk is just a nightmare. It's a 2-star front desk quality. Totally understaffed. The rooms are like 3-star equivalent because the beds are hard, room cleanliness and quietness is only so/so. Plus, the check in, check out, and booking process is NIGHTMARE. It's always packed at the hotel in the halls and things. Bring your patience and you will love/love the indoor waterpark, the arcade, the lobby activities for kids, and the ropes/put put course. The tubing isn't conveniently accessible and difficult to do with small children.

Drove from NY with my two little girls to spend the day at Camelback indoor water park. We get there to get tickets and the lady at the counter says it's "sold out" unless we had resort passes.
So it was open and other people were going into the water park, but for people who just drive to spend a day there who don't have a resort pass, it's "sold out"!
That's how day guests get treated apparently.
