excellent breakfast. possibly the best I've had on my entire trip. sausage, bacon, eggs, hash, black/white pudding, roasted tomatoes was a plus. good spread of pastries and fruit. the staff is very friendly. super clean. I would stay again if I'm ever back in Dublin.

The location of the hotel is good because it is easily accessible from the airport and many pubs in the area are within walking distance. The hotel is well suited for seminars and meetings. The staff is very friendly. If required, hotel parking is available. The meals are of good quality. The hotel is recommended.

Good sized rooms, clean, comfy, and good facilities. Quiet considering its hard to find a quiet hotel in the centre of Dublin. Great service and the breakfast is excellent. This is a welcoming top notch hotel and one of my favourites.

Irish style, practical and nothing extra. Of the minuses - the hotel does not provide for the issuance of a toothbrush and slippers.

Great location and hotel, just up the road from Grafton street. Comfortable beds and well presented room. Not noisy at all, and a beautiful leisure centre complimentary use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for duration of stay. Polite and friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Generally a lovely hotel.

Good comfortable rooms but quite noisy road. The breakfast was offering a good selection but the full English was a bit strange (watery beans, strange sausages,...)

Visited in 2013, and this was not a bad choice for my first solo trip to Dublin. Stayed four nights and it was lovely. The hotel was a short walk to St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street for major shopping. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Recommend considering this hotel if planning a visit to Dublin.

The hotel is nice but overpriced, the rooms are clean but the beds are very small and pillows way to big, bathtub are only suitable for infants and as the hotel, the breakfast was extremely overpriced and not very good. staff seems friendly and helpful but makes lots of mistakes, that creates trouble for you. If possible, book something else.

Our tour group stayed here, modern hotel, comfortable beds, wifi, modern bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was always the same. Tasty but repeatative.

It is in Lower Camden, just a few steps from the center, so you can visit the Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, Molly Malone and Trinity College parks without problems or public transport. The O'connell street and Temple Bar shopping areas are a bit more far away, but no more than 15 minutes walking.

Centrally located, polite staff. Didn't appear to have any air-conditioning, but could easily open a window. Curiously only had four hangers in the armoire!

From those experiences that from the first moment you know that they will not end well, nowadays, we usually use platforms such as booking, expedia, etc, to find hotels in the cities to visit, but this seems to be not well seen by some More

I went on a group trip with many colleagues from work. The lunshbuffe was simply ok, one had to ask the cook to put meat on the plate. Felt like I was at the food court in Ikea. Unfortunately the poultry was tasteless and a bit dry.

Later that evening the group had dinner. We all got an option between 3 starters, 3 main dish and 2 deserts. I startet with the smoked salmon. It was not a good choice.
The salat under the way to smoked salmon was dry and lacked winegaer. Main course was pan fried chicken. And again the poultry was dry and tasteless. The chocolate cake for desert was fair.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff serviceminded.
The room was very nice and the bed was soft.
wifi in the room was awful.

Overall a really nice hotel close to city center.
I just will recommend people to eat elsewhere.

Clean with very professional staff. The staff want out if their way to move us to another room with 3 beds due to an illness.

Great hotel in a great location, which is rather too close to a few great kebab shops, very unfortunate for an diet you may be on.
Clean rooms and good facilities, but keep it quiet as the prices are still reasonable - unusual for Dublin these days.

Good hotel. Fairly central with good rooms. Lobby bar and Bleeding Horse bar immediately next door. Wi-Fi was a little patchy in the room. In-room espresso machine.

Long queues at the elevators (one is out of service), no soap or shower gel in room (i think just a mistake). Restaurant is good, but overpriced. Hotel is clean and bright, staff are pleasant, bed is very comfortable.

Humming noise outside our window 24/7 complained nothing done.
Could not shut the window told on departure that we needed a key.

It's a nice hotel, but expensive and they don't even include breakfast, which I'd expect for the price you're paying

Pros:
- Good location
- Good Breakfast

Cons:
- Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everyone in the hall and a few noises from the room above you
- No Air conditioning
- As there are no Air Conditioning, you have to open the windows for some fresh air and that means more noises. In hot seasons, you get two options: suffer the heat or suffer the noises, either options will keep you wide awake at night. Oh, another option is to use the electric fans which is so loud!
- Hotel Slippers not provided automatically (or may not be provided at all)
- Only a few limited channels on the tv

Only ok as the reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. Rooms are very hot and stuffy.

May have had Betty swollocks in the saunies whilst I was talking to matey about guin guins and I may have nearly been electrocuted in the pool area however i had a rather nice time actually .

Great experience here after having arrived on an overnight flight. Guest service and food quality are top notch.

Beautiful hotel with a great location for visiting Dublin, a 20 minute walk to Temple Bar and St. Patrick's Cathedral.

Friendly staff at a good hotel with decent prices. Not in the middle of Dublin, but the area is lively with good restaurants and pubs.

Haven't stayed here, so review based on function and meeting rooms, public areas and bar, etc.

This is a clean, modern hotel in Dublin city centre. Staff are attentive and friendly and I've been well looked after when on training courses or meetings held here. Have been a guest at functions here, too, and the finger food served was delicious.

The bar has an excellent range of beers, including Irish craft beer.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel,we were visiting the area for a family funeral and asked the undertakers for somewhere we could have a coffee and he suggested this hotel, we parked in the underground car park and took the lift to reception and were spoken to by a receptionist who couldn't get out from behind the desk quick enough to tell us we are not allowed sit anywhere in the reception area because the hotel was not open until 12 ,the problem is we had my partner's mum with us who was in a wheelchair and had a oxygen tank on her lap, to refuse an old age pensioner somewhere to sit in reception area is shocking bad service and be told we could get some tea or coffee somewhere out on the street even worse, so we had to push the wheelchair back to our car and leave,

Stayed for 5 nights, room was ok size clean and cozy, bathroom was good and didn't had hand shower, very limited options for channels on tv. Breakfast service was good though no change in breakfast menu, it was same everyday.

Great central hotel beside St Stephens Green (15 minutes drive from O'Connell Street) friendly staff with private hotel parking, rearrange, coffee bar, great lounge and access to a spa including swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room.

Great place to stay with lots to offer without breaking the bank. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast and lunch in the restaurant were both very good, and a couple other mornings they had good coffee and pastry options to go. Comfortable bar/lounge area with lots of space to relax and socialize with others. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were very helpful and obliging. The hotel is situated perfectly and the swimming pool was an added bonus as it can be hard tomfinc a pool in the city centre. Would stay here again.

A good, but not extremely centrally located, international hotel. Somewhat (slightly) older rooms but otherwise topp with excellent food and great breakfast buffet.

Ideal for central south Dublin

Very good hotel pretty much smack bang in the middle of Dublin. Right by the Luas line. Our room was spotless and the bed was massive and comfy. Excellent leisure centre on the bottom floor with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There's also a gym which we didn't visit. Staff on reception were very friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine to our room and the lady who brought it up barged into our room which I felt was a bit odd. For a drink I would expect the transaction to take place at by the door. That said it was a lovely couple of days we spent there and we're looking forward to coming back soon.
