I had booked flat in Project "Atulya Raghuku, Dighi Alandi Road" on 21st July 2019. Flat no D-203. As i faced incomplete support from management of Calyx Group from last 1 year & i am not satisfied with their management service. So i decide to canceling my flat booking. Very bad experience. I had also paid stamp registration amount. Now they are not taking my call or no any response.
Plz don't purchase from Calyx.
They don't back your money . They don't anything for your situation and conditions.
They don't have any documents to your mail or hard copies.
If any one purchase plz cancelled it.
i cancelled my booked flat in march 2019. i have also follow with there refund team. but till date not received my money & not prompt reply form them.

Calyx group is worst group in the pune. They are not responding to call and even they dont have courtesy. Highly irresponsible. Not doing refund of amount after cancellation of 8 months. Till date I have not received single rupees in refund.
Not deserve even single star. Very worst experience with them. I have cancelled flat in March 2019 still I didn't received my payment back. Staff are very irrespective and irresponsible. If anyone who didn't received their money back then we need to get together and complaint against them.
It is a fraud compony..They are making fool to customers..do not go for it.

Worst experience,I had booked flat at kanhe atulya in Feb 19 at 21000/_ and cancelled afterwards,they are not responding to amt back to me after many follow ups
Very sad experience regarding cancellation they are having 90days policy for cancellation but they take almost 10month to return our cheque we beg of our own money also they don't have proper answer and staff support for taking responsiblity ,
Also 9 % of cancellation charge for our amt they don't have value of the customer they cheate us

Very bad staff unsatisfied treating to customers , I have purchased flat in Atulya Ragukul,Yet I not made agreement, I have provided all necessary documents but still pending from calyx group, Resons provided to me are calyx is launching new scheme in talegoan so everyone is busy, Second reason falt booked is with landowners they have no GST so i was offered to book another flat instead of the one which I booked, now seniors involved managers and staff don t coordinate with each staff dont have any info, manager took responsibility and committed to clear everything before 31 March, and now saying wait till April 1st week, yet agreement is not done team not following dates provided I am not sure why is the delay.
