Your average college bookstore but good if you're looking for CMU gifts etc

Friendly staff. Like all college bookstores it's a little expensive.

Didn't have any larger size shirts! Unfortunately, we are not all a large, extra large or even extra extra large

1st visit since 1962 of course different store back then. What a very nice store, neat clean, people very nice, professional and helpful. Thanks CMU BOOKSTORE!

Clean store with a friendly staff. They have a great selection of high-quality college gear. Both current students and alumni.

Money suckers who do not have a solid way to track inventory. Charged 91 dollars for a book I returned.

Alot of things are overpiced here. Especially headphones or electronics which were typically 20-50 dollars. As usual the CMU gear is all overpiced. What do you expect? Its a college book store. However, they do have nice staff.

Great place to find licensed product. The books themselves are pricey but that is the industry unfortunately. The products are also expensive but they have a wide range of products that are great for gifts or yourself.

It was easy to find what I wanted, and cashiers were fast, so not much waiting time.

Love stopping in here when visiting my daughter to purchase something to wear to represent CMU. Fire Up Chips!

They really do have everything but real food in this place.
Word to the wise, check out the prices buying your books online. A friend told me and I saved over $200 this semester.

Sooooooo expensive, as college materials tend to be. Poor workers are overworked but are mainly friendly. The prices though are ridiculous.

I paid $50 for a book only to find a sticker covering the actual price of $38.50. I tried returning it back but they said they aren't currently buying it back. Absolute garbage prices and customer service.

This place is a joke and a waste of time and space! Went there for a couple class books and not one person would help. So had to look for myself. Took 30 mins just to find out the book I was looking for they were out of stock. Ugh never go here if you need help!!

Customer Service is awful, especially in the downstairs part of the store. No greeting, no help with books. 6+ students working the last time I was in, and they all sat behind the counter on their phones or talking. It's easier to order online in my opinion.

Awesome place to get gear and other things. I'll definitely come here when I live on campus in the fall.

I've found the staff to be friendly at every visit and we can almost always find something on sale.

Some really unique Chips-wear. A great place to get fired up, Chips.
