Users of their employees. Fire the wrong ones and keep the losers. Places they answer phones for are scamming the customer. Horrible place to work.
They fired me right before my 1 year promotion after indulging that I was expecting. It wasn't a bad place to work though besides that injustice.
Moronic, uneducated management. Devious, abusive treatment of staff and job description is misrepresented.
They do not train you nearly enough to be able to successfully help the customers on the phone. They do have great employee incentives but this job has a huge turnover for a reason.
