Can not understand the good reviews until today ... When we were there (not in high season) the hotel was almost empty, but we got a different room than booked first. The food was extremely poor (we only went out, although we had all inclusive), the staff was not really friendly and hygiene anyway no available. Possibly. was that just before the end of the season? Anyway, I would never go there again!

The worlds most amazing hotel, amazing views, amazing staff and amazing food. I loved my stay at this hotel, from the hospitality of the staff who by the end of the holiday felt more likes friends to the amazing quality food. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff make you feel so welcomed and so special. They gave us a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary as it was mentioned on our booking we were there for our anniversary. I am definitely planning a trip back here and can not wait to come again.

Totally enjoyed this hotel,rooms were clean and fresh,cleaned regularly, clean towels,food was good lots of selection, hot and cold,no complaints.
staff were attentive and really friendly,we were looked after all the time,entertainment in the day was better than the evenings,staff were always playing games,bingo,boules,aqua aerobics, quizzes,walks,really nice place to be on holiday,would highly recommend this place.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming, lots to do aswell as a brilliant tiered sun bed area.

Lovely place staff and food excellent. Needs a few pictures in dining room at far wall as bit bland. The views are amazing from other end. Bedrooms are average size beds comfy. Shower In Bathroom really good lots of toiletries provided dressing gowns slippers nice touch.

Friendly staff, good service and a good all inc. offering. Have visited twice and would go again.

good value for money, room a little small but comfortable and a little dirty (the shower in the bathroom), the food is correct for an all-inclusive (on the other hand the wine is not that great). we are promised snacks by the pool, but sometimes there is nothing lying around. some staff are very cold and distant (at the reception of the restaurant), but overall "it's okay". on the other hand the check out was very expeditious and cold!
the setting facing the turquoise sea makes you forget these little details.

I went with my partner and we received a fantastic deal, we felt as if we were at home. We will be back.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Room:
- Furniture cheap / old / dirty
- Floor dirty
- Walls dirty. Even ceiling dirty!
- Bed on wheels. Not a boxspring. Never slept that bad
- Our 'deluxe' room had a view on a gas tank (balcony1) and the fire stairs (balcony 2)
- The bathroom was OLD dirty and BROKEN.

Hotel:
- Furniture cheap / old / dirty.
- Smells like bubblegum in the hotel
- All inclusive cheap buffet food. We ate once at the hotel.

Hotel manager agreed on all our complaints but never did do anything to solve it.

The photos on their website / booking sites are all heavily photoshopped. You will definately NOT get what you see.

It's a disgracement for Ibiza. Never again! Booked via Vakantiediscounter / Bentours.

Amazing hotel,the staff are amazing so friendly make you feel so welcome, nothing is any bother. food is fantastic you can pick from the counter or get your food cooked while you wait, first class entertainment in the daytime you can take part if you wish no one pushing you to take part, evening entertainment is fantastic we heard tribute acts again first class, definitely will be back so layed back just love it,my husband's birthday when we were hear they left a bottle of Prosecco with a birthday card lovely touch and I never said it was his birthday thank you Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga for a fantastic holiday

Our 29th holiday @ this hotel, so they must be doing something right for us, it's our favorite place. Staff are brilliant, food takes a bit of beating, location quiet & close to nature.

Privileged situation.
The only problem is that it has to be half board.
You eat very well. And the views are unbeatable. It goes down to the beach, fantastic, by a little path and it takes only a few minutes. It also has terraces, where you can sunbathe and jump into the water from them. Ideal.

Good location, food and drink. Most of the entertainment was good with enty of scope to relax.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent service and in a beautiful location. We spent spent 7 nights here and only have positive things to say. Food was top quality and great variety. Plenty of sun beds and loungers to relax, and great access to local town and beach.

We are currently staying at the hotel and according to the regulations (which my partner and I do not know) you have to go down to eat-dinner "well-arranged" ... Our surprise was that as we came from the beach and how we were doing something late , we decided to go direct to dinner with beach attire. At the entrance of the dining room we are warned that the next day we will settle more ... we sit down to dinner and the boy comes from the entrance "inviting us to leave" that is to say literally in front of the people. We understand the protocol but we do not know it, although from there to being thrown out once you are sitting, it is a lack of respect and an aggressive behavior. I hope you apologize for the humiliation we went through and compensate us in some way.

It has been a pleasure to be in this hotel! All inclusive. Very friendly staff. Clean. Excellent food. It deserves the 4 STARS. !!!

Stayed in this beautiful hotel right on Cala Llonga in October and are still very enthusiastic about the professionalism and warmth of the hotel's staff.

Just returned home after a fantastic stay at Hotel Palladium, Cala Llonga. What an outstanding, friendly, welcoming, well-run hotel - the staff are so polite, hard working and helpful. The quality and variety of cuisine is absolutely first class and I'd like to mention the waiters/waitresses who provide such a friendly, efficient service both at the hotel's main and a la carte restaurants and also the pool bar. Great entertainment is provided and ends the day perfectly. Cala Llonga is such a beautiful resort and the hotel is the icing on the cake - the hotel has it all and makes for a wonderful relaxing holiday, from its perfect location to the wonderful services it provides to its customers. Outstanding and first class! Can't wait to return!

Great Team of people who deliver great service, the hotel itself wasn't what we would expect from Palladium with the facility's looking tired in places ie deck chairs, lifts, decor in rooms, we would compliment the food which was varied and tasted lovely...

The hotel is in need of refurb very tired.The rooms are very small and not enough storage space. The cleanliness is below average. The food is the same and people were using a microwave to heat their food up. Entertainment zero.As supposed to be in the Palladium group of hotels I do not know how this one got in.As you can see from these comments would not recommend or come back.

Fantastic all inclusive hotel. The entertainment is very good and the guys who run the activities are excellent. It's adult only so nice and quiet. Ask for a room with a sea view.

Quiet, welcoming, workers from all lovely areas are at all times willing to offer the service. Varied food and dinner in the Japanese is great. User parking and courtesy room. Congratulations.

We stayed here 1 week at the end of September. We had been here several years ago when it was run by a different chain so we knew the area. We received a warm welcome from reception and Frederica the hospitality director. Our room was ready, porter service, side sea view of the bay but it was ok. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the animation team worked hard at getting people to join in but weren t annoying. There was a quiz every afternoon at 3pm, helped along by a rum and coke ,which was held at the pool bar run by excellent staff. The evening entertainment was ok , similar to most hotels these days.We had read mixed reviews of the food but we found it to be excellent. Such a good choice everyday, my husband likes fish and he ate it at every meal. I like pasta and meats and I loved the plentiful Serrano ham and walnuts and fresh fruit. The restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient and we only had to queue for a table once. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant one evening which was a lovely experience. Our room was spotless and the shower was modern, spacious and always hot water and clean towels plus good toiletries (separate bottles none of the bottled stuff on the wall! ). The all inclusive drinks were named brands with waiter service. The pool was cold (as most hotel pools are).access to the sea is only a short walk away and it was warm. You have to move around to find sun beds in the sun but as the hotel is built into the hillside there are several levels to choose from. It is adults only but there were a mixed age group when we stayed. As I said re the hillside there are lots of steps inside and out. The small resort has a few bars, well equipped supermarket and gift shops. There is an excellent bus service to Ibiza town and to Santa Elulalia and water taxi to the same and to the island of Formentera. In conclusion this is such a long and detailed review as we enjoyed such a relaxing and value for money holiday that I felt the hotel and staff deserved a good report. We hope to return some time soon.

Good value for money, good meal, nice atmosphere and soothing entertainers. Can be a little effort to make the bathroom (dirty, leaks, noise ...) and wine and it will be great

Impressive hotel only for over 18 years. All employees, wonderful. The excellent, quiet area and a few minutes from Ibiza. It's worth it ... We've been staying at this hotel for three years now until we've had a beautiful girl and we can not go to this hotel. We have had the luck to stay in all kinds of rooms in these three years, but the best ones, without a doubt, those with Jacuzzi with terrace, it is worth paying more, if possible, to enjoy the views and the space dedicated to said rooms ... We are happy and when we can we will repeat, although we have a few years left ...

Stay of fifteen days at the end of July, hotel particularly well looked after, the staff is of a kindness to any test, the standard rooms are correct without more, the restoration is at the height for a four stars, I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful employees, wide choice of food at the restaurant

First of all Cala Llonga is a beautiful town with a great view, good vibes and fantastic restaurants. We were saved with getting one of the best rooms at this hotel with a private deck area and view of the cove/town. Other than this the hotel was below average at best, for those of us that are used to true all inclusive resorts this is not what you will experience at this resort. Of 5 nights we ate 1 lunch at the resort and had our 1 restaurant dinner at the resort and the rest of the time we spent in the town for lunches and dinners. The hotel boasts 3 restaurants which is very misleading as there is a buffet and then another restaurant that rotates between an Italian/Mediterranean & Asian spot but you are only able to eat their 1 night during your stay, the rest of the time you are expected to eat at the buffet which looks like a middle school cafeteria selection. The night that we got to enjoy the restaurant the food was less than impressive, most of the option you would expect (steak, lobster) were on the menu for a significant up charge, I went with the Pork Loins and they were as chewy as a rubber tire. We then proceeded to leave our meal and go eat dinner in town as there truly are a host of great options just a short walk from the resort.
Not only did we not really eat on the resort, we did not hang out at the resort during the day as well. If you don t want to wake up at 8AM on your vacation to go reserve your spot at the pool then you will likely have to find a much less desirable spot on the hill with no real access to the pool. We spent each of our days going down to the beach and paying the 18euros for our own spot under an umbrella and near the water. The beach and water are perfect and when you top that off from the view from the beach in the cove it does not get much better than that. So in a way not being able to get a spot at the pool helped us to find what would quickly become our favorite part of the trip.
The rooms were also very hot, they give you a card that runs all of the electricity in the room and if you allow housekeeping to come in and clean the room or refresh the towels they take the card out of the wall and the AC stops running. We came back to our room and it was at least 80 degrees a few times, to the point we stopped requesting housekeeping so the room would just be cool for us to sleep.
I will say that all of the people at the hotel were nice, the staff was courteous and kind. If we had been stuck in a room that was not as nice as the one we got this trip could have been disastrous. We truly did love the town of Cala Llonga and would even consider returning to this resort with the very strict understanding that we were given the same room.

It is a very good and very beautiful hotel the views are beautiful the food good and very varied the waiters very nice at all times outstanding of all all lad people who work in this hotel are excellent very good the all inclusive at all times you can eat and drink They do not put limits on us if we can be sure that we will return and the cove is also very nice Thanks for everything I recommend to everyone who wants to go is a 10 not Un20

Hotel very well located..the feet in the water ... very good benefits .... in the restaurant every day different menus ... the all inclusive of very good quality..bcq of animations proposed.
Staff super nice..everything was on top! Only downside few people speak French ... Fortunately Alvaro is doing a little with the language ... Otherwise close public transport ..boat ... or do not hesitate to take taxis (reasonable prices)

Loved this place so much. Took both my kids aged 21 and 24. Plenty entertainment.

Rooms are slightly small! Foods great, most off the waiters at dinner are lovely and friendly and all work hard! Apart from one guy that seems to spin a tray on his finger and chuck it up in the air and catch it! The small guy with tattoos is very lazy in my opinion! pools very good nice size hotel needs abit of TLC for example around the jacuzzi area need fixing does not look like the pictures online! Lovely location for the hotel and all staff are friendy, I love the housekeeping team they always say good morning! This hotel was okay for us but we were on our Honey Moon and I wouldn't advise it for that unless you upgrade to a better room! There were none available for us!

Came back last week from our 3rd stay at this beautiful place. Once again we have had a lovely holiday there although the place is looking a little tired this time. The staff as wonderful as always and nice to see some faces we have sent before such as both Juan's along with some new friendly faces.
We don't eat in the restaurant much as we like to enjoy the bars and restaurants in cala llonga, the staff at El Deseo always recognise us too and would.recommend this place if you want to venture out. The food in the hotel is fine though. Really recommend the Mediterranean restaurant Vista Mare, we paid extra and had the t bone and Lobster it was amazing. Big thank you to the waitress Irene there too excellent service.
The entertainment staff Cassandra and Youssef were great too and the hotel had some excellent bands too. Some better than others, we really enjoyed the Brazilian band
All in all we had a magical time there and will be back

Some rooms have small wardrobe space & no draw space for clothes etc there isn't any suitcase storage facility in the rooms .food is very mundane breakfast normally warm not hot not much choice same more or less every day.entertainment is good staff are very very friendly throughout the hotel

Stayed here for 5 nights. It's a complete toss up between 4 star and 5 star. Most things here are fantastic! Yusuf who is a part of the entertainment team made our holiday so much more enjoyable, he has a lot of energy and is a very nice person.
The food was great, staff were all super friendly and it's a beautiful hotel.
The only couple of things that I didn't like was the hotel pool was freezing. There wasn't much of a cocktail selection in the all inclusive package. A lot of the nice drinks were pay extra.

Overall it's definitely a solid 4 and I expect with some heaters in the pool or hot tub it could easily be a 5!

I have given this 3 stars but I would class it as 3 .5 . The location and Cala lLonga bay is first class and would highly recommend for its chilled and relaxed and a beautiful beach for a family holiday. The sea is warm and crystal clear. The Palladium hotel was clean and tidy but to be honest was tired and could do with refurb . Hotel staff were wonderful but again understaffed at times . On a whole though I really enjoyed my stay at the Palladium Hotel. Its location is great for you sun worshippers with its 3 tier lounging areas and a high level pool . I would definitely return in the future but I would look to see first if there are has been any refurbishments. Unexpectedly the entertainment was really good but could do with being longer , they are only booked for 1hr and people were just getting lively as they were finishing. If you want to venture out there is Ibiza town which is only 20 - 30 mins bus ride or you can take the ferry. Also which I would highly recommend is the short trip Santa Eul'aria , its harbour and sandy beach are stunning with plenty of restaurants. Ibiza was a stunning holiday and would definitely return .
