Really lovely hotel but very much designed to suit more mature people. Our group was in our 40s & 50s but even we felt old.
Entertainment was again more suited to the older folk.
Beds were not very comfortable, rooms were tiny but clean. Food and staff were 1st class.
Amazing hotel food excellent, Hannah and yusif the entertainment guys was fantastic too and alex the lifeguard made our holiday and now is friend and absolute top bloke

Just spent our 3rd annual holiday at this hotel.
Staff are extremely professional and very friendly.
The food at the hotel is excellent and varied.
After our 3rd year we are starting to see the hotel looking a bit "used". The cleanliness and equipment in the bathroom could be improved.
The evening entertainment seems to have drifted down a bit in quality, most of the acts are on their own singing with backing from a karaoke machine.
However, I still think the hotel deserves the 4 stars I have given it. Two years ago I would have given it 5 stars.
We had a great week here at the end of July to celebrate our anniversary. Staff are fabulous. Lovely view from our room and so pleased we were all inclusive. Food and drinks were super. Only 2 comments for your attention. 1. Please look to put in a small hotel shop to sell newspapers. Everyone we spoke to wanted a daily paper. It could also sell chocolate, crisps and souvenirs.
2. Lost track of the hundreds of plastic water bottles given out every day. Single use plastic must stop. Please see if you can get recyclable bottles like your plastic glasses given out to pool users.
We will certainly return. Thank you to all who made our holiday so good.

But am so disappointed to hear from friends saying entertainment is indoors each evening!!
This will be our third visit and find it unbelievable this issue has not been sorted.
This hotel is great in all respects but fails miserably on this issue and people don t want to sit inside in the great Ibiza weather
Please someone sort this issue as I firmly believe it will cost you dearly on future bookings
My Partner and I arrived mid October half expecting to find a hotel with staff weary after a busy year. Not a bit of it, all the staff were very efficient. courteous, polite and helpful to the nth degree, greeting all guests with the cool champagne and taking care of our baggage while we checked in and were given full description of facilities.
After going to the room and having a look at the sea view then decanting our clothing etc we went down for lunch, a most pleasant display of a vast array of food stuff to satisfy all palates, we were ushered to a pleasant seat overlooking the bay and relaxed into the calming view of the sea and beach laid out before us.
after lunch we explored the hotel and facilities, the gym on the second floor was well equipped with cross trainers, weights, cycling machines, treadmill and ventilated, there was no rowing machine, I like the rowing machine, we then had a look around the terraces, which are covered in astro turff, great idea, there are many sunbeds and chairs on each level down to the sea as well as about 12 Bali type beds with frames to take lace canopies in high summer that are lovely to laze upon. there is a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, boules as well as all the usual pool tables and table tennis.
the food and entertainment were excellent, food vast variety, entertainment was kept at full flow all day and evening by a team of people that were just amazing, never once was anyone harassed to participate, polite banter and fun were their remit and the energy of all the team members was top notch.
I am a fish lover and every evening their were at least three fish dishes to choose from and the other meals had a fish selection as well, all tastes and desires were catered for and there were two other restaurants with speciality foods available.
The drinks available were international selections and not just local selections.
The town and shop are a pleasant shaded walk down on the pavement or across the beach to the well stocked and airy shops, the centre of the bay is cordoned off for swimmers only so great for a relaxing swim, just around on the other side of the bay is the boat pickup jetty, where you an get the boat right into the middle of old town Ibiza, or to the other large town on that side called, Santa Eularia and on to the hippy market at Es Canar, or catch the bus to the various towns on Ibiza.
Overall a very pleasant relaxing holiday.
Would we go back? In a heartbeat!

This is my first time staying in Ibiza and the hotel has exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also have two on site restaurants which were brilliant and offers excellent views. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the food was good, majority of people in the hotel were brist, so it was nice to able to chat and have a laugh, the only thing I'd say is the hotel rooms seemed a bit dated, but overall a n8ce and friendly place.
Return visitor this year and had a fantastic time. Hotel is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The food is v good and menu is varied, as are all Inc drinks. Fantastic view across Calla longa bay, with a very clean and picturesque beach a V short walk away. Worth getting the ferry from across the bay to Formentera for some of the best beaches I've seen, also Ibiza Town, Es Cana (and hippy market) plus Saints Eularia. Will definitely be back again for my hat trick visit.

Great hotel. We are not all inclusive but this has exceeded all expectations. Incredibly friendly staff. Varied, very good food with a large, extensive buffet every day (3 times a day). Sometimes we were running late, it was never a problem, always a smile. A fresh, clean room every day. Beds are made, fresh towels. Every day fun activities are offered by the animation team, very enthusiastic people! A.o. Yussuf and Cassandra are enthusiastic every day.
The hotel's location is also ideal. Not that far from the airport, near Ibiza town and if you want to see the whole island (perfect with scooter and car) then you are close to everything.

Good hotel. Good food. I personally don't find entertainment that special. I miss some frivolity.
Stayed here for a week in the middle of August, the hotel is situated in the peaceful and pretty Ibiza resort of Cala Llonga. On arrival, we were treated to beautiful views across the cove-like beach as well as a much needed welcome glass of fizz.
Check in was easy and the reception staff were very polite and courteous throughout our stay.
The grounds of the hotel are set on different levels, with a series of landscaped levels leading down to the sea, where you can access some steps for a swim in the lovely blue-green ocean.
TIP No. 1 - if you want a decent sunbed, get down around 8am and sit there till 9am as sunbeds can only be reserved for 2 hours after 9am. If you are later than 10.30am, you may struggle.
We stayed in the standard room, which was clean and well appointed - the shower was great after a long day in the sun.
The food was great over the week, with plenty of variety and the ability to eat at 2 A La Carte restaurants (Italian and Japanese) once each per stay. Personally I loved the grill section of the restaurant, where there was a great selection of fresh meat and fish, which was cooked there and then by the chef. There were some questionable dishes over the week but hard to cater for all palettes.
The all-inclusive drinks were much better than expected, with plenty of branded spirits available. The beer wasn't that great in my opinion but each to their own - I stuck to my faithful gin.
The only gripe I have with the hotel, is that as it is a couples hotel, the atmosphere can be lacking, especially in the evenings, although the entertainment team do their utmost to keep everyone active and involved as much as possible. The Tina Turner tribute act was the highlight of the week!
Thankfully if you have had enough of the 'quiet' evenings, as Cala Llonga itself is quiet family orientated, Ibiza Town is only 20 away in a taxi, and the bars/restaurants/clubs are a lot more lively (and expensive) so well worth a visit. There is also a lot of history in Ibiza, so plenty of interesting museums stunning and architecture if you are that way inclined.
For reference, San Antonio is about 45 away in a taxi and we went to see the sunset (voted 2nd best on the planet!) so plenty to do and see if you fancy escaping the hotel for a few nights.
In terms of value for money, the hotel very much exceeded my expectations and although there were a few gripes, I would not hesitate in returning here as Ibiza is such a diverse and wonderful island...plus with the weather always being sunny and around 30deg it is very easy to see why people love Ibiza.

We're on our last night in Ibiza, we've had an amazing holiday. Cala Llonga is a lovely place to visit. We also took a boat ride round to other parts of the island, for which you can purchase tickets at the hotel reception.
The hotel has been the highlight though. The views are beautiful, we have room 119 which has a side view of the beach and sea, which we weren't sure to expect at all as we only purchased a standard room. The pool and pool bar look straight into the sea and is just a lovely place to sit. The beach is a one minute walk down a small path leading straight onto the sand.
The hotel is clean, the food is great (my partner is a picky eater and even he was happy!) and the staff are fantastic. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, the bar staff remember you and your orders, and the entertainment staff are very good. A special thanks to Yusuf who kept us entertained constantly throughout our stay!
Extra perks are the on-site masseuse, hot tub, free beach towels, comfy sun loungers and big soft double sun loungers with shade overhead.
I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking a relaxing holiday, in particular for couples.

Had an amazing time at this hotel, exceptional customer service skills and hospitality; staff not only entertain you with games like darts or water pool games. Bar tenders like Salvi, Jose were amazing and made us feel home all the time. Yusif made our stay more fun and always cracked jokes ! Definitely coming back again !
Wonderful location. Directly on Cala Llonga with rooms facing the sea. Very helpful staff and good restaurant with a wide selection. Excellent as a starting point to visit the other beaches in the northern area of Ibiza.

Very nice location! Ferry 5 mins away that can take you to Ibiza town and lots of other places aswell! Hotel is clean and staff are helpful, plenty of food on at all times although some of it is pretty cheap stuff, rooms are nice, biggest down side was that we had a double room, the bed was just too singles pushed together which isn't great!

Fantastic hotel with equally impressive and friendly staff. We upgraded our room to one of the balcony with hot tub and the free space and views are perfect.only issue that I had is that the wifi doesn't work too well on the balcony for music or YouTube. There is a curtain to one side of the tub/bathing also for added privacy. We are on all inclusive and the food and drink quality are excellent quality with good variety. We would definitely stay here again.well done to the Palladium for having a well managed hotel, great team and stunning location.
