Call Realty is such a great company to work with! We ve been renting from them for over a year and they ve been quick to respond to issues and always extremely helpful when we need something. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Adam has made the landlord experience better than I could ever have anticipated. He has been easily accessible, prompt at returning phone calls, and quickly responsive to both my and my tenant s needs. His advice and guidance have been sensible and well-grounded in the realities of the rental market. The maintenance work he has overseen was handled efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

I m so blessed to be working with them! They are always kind and prompt on repairs. My home got my family and I is beautiful! Very thankful

We found our rental last minute and with poor credit. My husband and I worked with Heath who has since moved to another endeavor who took the extra steps took work with the home owners to get us into our "home". We were afraid we would have to move again the follow year but this is the first place we have been able to say we are comfortable and want to stay and make this home. Don't be suckered by FAKE PAID review. If you read them they are most of them are "google user" with 50 plus reviews. When you dig you can see they are fake and were probably paid for. If they need to pay someone to write a fake review imagine what else they are willing to so. Why would you review Spokane rentals and half of the united states. I should have paid better attention. I learned this the hard way. I decided to take my business else where.

Since they selected the perfect renters 1st time out, they've set my expectations pretty high. It ll be interesting to see what they come up with for the next one. They ve provided super service on my house. I can t imagine how I would have been able to pull this off without them.

My sister has rented from this company for 13 years and they have the nerve to charge her for maintenance on their dishwasher after 13 YEARS of being a good tenant. I would never recommend anyone to rent through this company :(

This company reminds me of a used car salesman but for rentals. Due to my child custody situation a particular house they had listed was ideal based on its location, but it was rundown, old, poor condition, imagine renting a fixer-upper. The rent (cost per sq/ft) was very high especially for its condition compared to almost all comparable houses I could fine for rent in the Spokane Valley. They told me I only had so many days (3 I believe) to decide or they would take other offers. The house had been on the market for 6 months empty/vacant but they pushed me to decide because someone from out of town was interested in the home and wanted to move in ASAP. I delayed accepting the house because I was looking for a better home in the area, but found none. Knowing the house was vacant for so long and had been listed by them for so long that it seemed highly unlikely that when I was interested suddenly others were also interested. So I had a friend call to inquire the availability of the same home and she was told there was a pending offer (me) but that she would be next in line if I did not take the house. So they lied to me to try and pressure me to "make a sale". A week later (several days past my deadline to take the house) I had not found a better option in that specific area and so I inquired if the house was still available and low and behold it was. I accepted the house because it was the best option for me at the time, but I would warn anyone who is looking to rent a home posted by Call Realty of their shady business practices. They even nearly doubled my deposit from what was listed on their post.

Straight to the point. Immediately upon moving into this high priced, low class mold infested dump we were in dire need of the aid of the Roto-Rooter man. Brown water was backing up into the bathtub
and dishwasher. Roots wherein the sewer were literally coming up into the toilet. The excuses given by the representative of Call Realty went beyond amazing and reached the point of amusing. Some excuses were so ridiculous that it reminded me of a politician that when backed into a corner with the truth and can't defend himself he starts making excuses, indirectly changing the subject an redirecting the blame. In this case the blame was put on us, the tenants. The mold in this place was so bad it could be seen coming through the outside siding of the house. No fan in the bathroom was the root of the problem of the mold inside the house and the black moldy water, that immediately from the attic access lid. The mold on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom in the t closet quickly started coming through the paint. These Realty people are either so ignorant or so desperate to rent this hovel that they think they can paint over mold and then blame the renter for the moldy conditions. It should be no surprise that no renters of this property ever get their damage deposits
back as they are blamed for everything as we were. It is criminal for this company to continuously rent this dump over and over knowing full well that this place is a health hazard with mold from top to bottom, and the on-going root problem in the sewer line.
But most heinous of all these unscrupulous realtors have a standing reputation for faking their own good reviews, so protect yourselves, read between the lines. At best these people have no moral compass or ethics, nor do they concern themselves with your health. We are hoping if Northwest Clean Air Act attorneys get enough complaints they will shut down this criminal behavior completely. Do yourself and your family a favor, don't call "Call Realty" .

Call Realty has been great. We've been in our house for coming up on 4 years now, and Call Realty has been supportive and reliable. They worked closely with us on the application and approval process, and make getting in touch with them easy. There are great online/automated ways to make payments, request help, and just keep in touch.

Going on almost 2 years as a renter with Call Realty. I am in the property management and real estate business so my expectations are high, Call Realty has always met my expectations. If I am not happy with something they have always been able to fix things in a professional manner.

I rented with Call Realty for two years plus at two different locations. Everytime I had a problem with maintenance it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. In fact the last place I rented with them, the dryer vent was not working and caused it to vent inside the apartment. My wife and I repeatedly got a hold of Call Realty only for it to never get fixed during our stay. In Jan of 2011 we had our 2nd son and shortly after found out he was going into liver failure. Unfortunately Spokane doesn't have the facilities to handle his medical needs. Which was liver transplant. So he was Medstar'd to Seattle from Spokane where he had to stay at the Seattle Children's hospital. The money it was costing my wife and I to travel back and forth from Spokane to Seattle was astronomical, and it was hard charging us straight into the ground of bankruptcy. So we had to make the decision to leave Spokane. Call Realty would not work with us. We tried working with them to break the lease, based on the fact that our son was in the hospital in Seattle. If any future tenants are looking to rent with these guys I would stay wary, they will not work with you at all, they have only their best interest in mind and are willing to screw you over just to make a buck. Some group of "Mormons". I wonder if someone should talk to their bishop...

The house we found was through Call Realty and they have been nothing but helpful and professional! Our agent Adam has been so courteous and friendly and always willing to help and answer our questions!

We have rented through Call Realty for 3+ years off and on and we have had nothing but good interactions with them. They have always been quick to respond to maintenance requests and any other issues we have needed them for. They are often in a very tough spot with being at the mercy of the property owner when it comes to certain things that are needed for a particular property and the owner is not willing to step up unless it is a required safety issue. The tenants are usually upset at the property managers even though they are doing all they can to be your advocate. The property managers take the brunt of the anger from the tenants and have to try to find a win-win solution. So the staff at Call Realty really do a great job with keeping the balance. So I would recommend them to any potential renters.

We have been renting from call realty for almost a year now and are always impressed with their kind service, prompt replies and accurate communications! The team that works there is and has been amazing! Should we ever need another rental we would certainly use Call Realty and we would definitely recommend them!

My parents have rented from Call Reality for many years. The company has been incredible until the owner, Pam retired. Now the service has gone down hill. They no longer have staff doing maintenance but have hired outside contractors. My parents requested a service order for a backed-up bathtub. A contract company, "Cagle's Remodeling"came out and attempted to clear the drain. The smell of alcohol was very apparent and his eyes were red and glassed over. My mother felt uneasy in his presence and although he was friendly he was a little too friendly for my mother. He left to get a part and never returned. I came over and fixed the drain myself. After further investigation, I have uncovered that the man who came over has an extensive criminal record. Shame on you Call Reality. Please run a background check on all contractors to insure the safety of your residents and insure that the people you have coming into your/our homes have the same integrity as your company.

I have strong sense integrity and would not post anything I had not thoroughly investigated. Regarding, the information presented, it is all public access through the Washington Courts. I was not intending to defame anyone's character but point out the liability that may be apparent by not thoroughly checking your contractors.

This is one of the most reliable and trustworthy companies that I have ever worked with. Plus, they are creative and innovative and pass it on to their customers.

My family and I have rented from four different landlords in five years and this place is the best! They've been quick to answer maintenance calls and get back to me in a timely matter from before we chose to rent from them to now being renters. We are excited to stay in this home we are renting for a long time. I do not like moving. I recommend them highly!

Professional and good communication. Some of the requests I submitted through their app for property repair needed to be submitted more than once for the repair to be made.

Any maintenence issues are resolved very quickly, and in a timely manner. everyone is so sweet and nice and like to have a personal conversation with you. they are doing a great job. So far transparency and being honest and upfront is something they do very well here. They worked with us and everything has been wonderful with where we live.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I rented from this company. I moved here from Vancouver, we had a long drive up the icy Gorge I was told They couldn't meet me at the house I rented I had to come to the office after I was told to Map Quest the house and it would be no problem. I was told to get a motel for the night if I wasn't in there office by 6:00. My Deposit was doubled when I got to town, and I had no place to go since I just drove 7 hours with a u-haul where was I to go? If I was a new customer and seen all the bad reviews prior to renting I would have never gave this company a call. BEWARE!!!!! Also when you get a check in sheet they write down everything in the house is in great shape, for example my closet doors were hanging off and in one room they are missing. I think this is a scam trying to keep my deposit, I sent in a letter with what is wrong with the place I just bet they will come back and say everything was fine because they filled out my move in sheet.

They're really nice people and do a good job mostly, but if you say no pets and they rent to someone with pets anyway, they still stick you with the repair bill even though it was them that made the call (or pressured you into it). No skin off their nose if you pay the loss, right?

Typical property management scum. As a veteran myself, I m disgusted that these people advertise using pro veteran rhetoric while at the same time taking advantage of people like myself who served in the military. Enjoy that $700 you straight up lied to keep and stop advertising that you care about our service members while at the same time pulling the kind of degenerate stunts you pulled on us.

Do not waste the time or money trying to deel with these people. Submitted my application Sept 3rd. For a property that they had listed. I had originally talked to the receptionist Ann. She was polite and seemed helpful. She told me to fill out the app online and email them my income verification. Witch I did promply, I was told I would here back in 3-4 business days. Sept 12 I called back and asked the status. The receptionist had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to run it? 9 days after they took the money and the app. Why else would I give them money and an application if I didn't want them to do anything with it?? Waited another 5 days and called again. The receptionist asked the same question yet again. Later that day the property u was looking at went offline. Today Sept 19th I finally got a call saying it was denied. Thank god this was only supposed to take 3-4 business day's, I'm glade I haven't been living out of my truck or anything waiting on these guys to do the job they said they would. SMDH

Need to work on the quickness of resolving renters issues.

I would not deal with this Property Management Company. I found a duplex that I really wanted to rent. The application process was ridiculous, and then because of something that was said about me online they wouldn t approve my application, so I could rent the apartment. Worked out for the best because I bought instead. The people were not the nicest either. After they found the thing online they didn t want to talk to me. I had to go in person to find out what was going on. Basically not the most professional Property Management Company.

Its all about Quality at the end of the day and Call Realty is it!They are on top of there game with excellent service and I'm so happy with them words can't describe it.They have gave me a chance and they turned my life around!I would recommend to everybody!Thank you Call Realty!!!!!!!!

We bought a house in Spokane but are currently stationed overseas, so Call Realty has been a lifesaver. I found them via a google search and was a bit wary but their services have surpassed my expectations. When we were in town, Adam agreed to meet us at the house and all the tenants were there. It was really great to meet everyone and hear the good and the bad about the house. Call Realty has helped us make improvements and communication with them is fast and easy.

They do not care about people. They do not care about doing the right thing. They do not care about online payment failures (banks fault), in terms of knowing I had no control over the situation. Still charging me fees. This will now be my one time late, after paying my rent on time for 6 years! #Pathetic #Unprofessional

They are a professional organization with top quality employees. They make it possible for me to be an absentee landlord with absolutely no misgivings. They take care of every situation that arises from the mundane to the critical and do so promptly and efficiently.

I called Call realty with no response. I really hate that when you cannot get ahold of people.

I currently use Bertis and Wieber, and although they don't have direct deposit/internet deposit, at least you can talk with someone. Karen is helpful and is almost always available, and Vic tries to make himself available. They're a smaller shop, but after calling around Bertis has a lot of virtues that some of the other larger companies don't have. Bertis and Wieber is never, ever rude. If I ask for income/expense information, I get it the same day. Vic is very low key and he has never come close to doing anything inappropriate, such as yelling at someone, even problem tenants. They have a mature staff and they know the ropes, unlike some other companies.

I've been working with call realty a few years now, they have been extremely helpful and always followed through in a timely manner to get things done. when I had to move from one property to another they made the transition smooth and easy! steve has been a huge blessing.
