We have been renting from Call Realty for 4 years now and we are very happy with them. I love the tenant portal. It makes paying rent and submitting work orders simple. We've had several household issues over the past 4 years and each one was addressed in a timely manner. An added plus is that they seem to mostly use local companies. They've recently put us on a program where furnace filters are sent regularly so we don't have to worry about that. They make renting easy.

My duplex was previously managed by another company in Spokane, three years ago the duplex sold, Call took over management. I have very few issues with the place but Call is always quick to respond to any issues I have.

Call Realty manages a rental I have. I wanted to give some feed back on an experience I had with one of their representatives. Last week I received an email alerting me to a possible water leak in my rental. In a classical over reaction I called Jess thinking a pipe must have burst and my house was ruined. However, Jess did an incredible job informing me of exactly what was happening, and more importantly giving me a feeling of confidence that Jess was taking charge. Jess kept me in the loop and quickly gave me the information I needed to feel comfortable my house was in good hands. I can't thank Jess enough for keeping even more of my hair from turning grey and wanted to send a note expressing my great experience!

Coming in from out of town, they were able to find my family a nice home on short notice. They're nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend Call Realty!

I asked to speak with Pam the company owner, about working out some kind of deal/payment plan so I can stay afloat and support my family. Ryan spoke with Pam on my behalf as per our agreement, enclosed is a partial payment of the rent. I just wanted to say again that I appreciated the communication and assistance.

I rented from various landlords and property management companies for the past 12 years and Call Realty has been by far the worst. When we moved into the house it was not clean. The property needs a lot of updating, which I realize is the owner's responsibility, not the property management company's, but Call Realty wants to stick every possible charge onto the tenant.

I am an extremely clean person and cleaned the house from top to bottom before moving out. We checked every lightbulb, etc. and I asked if I needed to clean the carpets and they said they would take care of it. By take care of it they meant find an expensive company and foot me with the bill. Of an almost $1600 deposit, I got back a mere $234. This is outrageous!!!!! We needed and were planning on getting back the full deposit because I have always gotten back my full deposit. Washington law states that property management companies can not charge tenants for normal wear and tear. I don't know why carpet cleaning doesn't fall under this category.

I alerted the company frequently about a toilet that wouldn't flush, yet it was never taken care of. To me, this company is about taking every penny possible from their tenants, despite the fact that their job is to manage the properties. If you can avoid renting a place from them, I highly advise you to do so. If not, be extra thorough in your cleaning, patch up walls, etc. even though they tell you not to. If you can do a good enough job that they can't tell, you will save yourself a TON of money. And arrange for your own carpet cleaning to be done, because they also charge you $75 for them to make a phone call to arrange it.

Their staff has always been very courteous and professional in my interactions with them.

We are absentee owners and are able to maintain a rental property in an area outside our locality because Call Realty acts as our surrogate. The people at Call Realty are friendly, courteous, and professional at all times. We have complete faith and confidence in their willingness and ability to represent us and to care for our property to the same degree as we would, if we were there. We have along time (15 years+) relationship with Call and would recommend them to anyone needing property management services.

Me and my family rented from Call Realty for one year. I have used property management companies in CA andAZ. This company was by far the best. They are very clear with their expectations from moving in all the way to moving out. All maintenance request are made on the tenet portal and every request for us was finished quickly. All the maintenance people they hire were professional, appropriate and personable, not creepy old guys like many other companies will hire because they are cheaper. Office staff was very helpful. There is lots of competition here for rentals and again it was made very clear what to do to secure our rental. We were on vacation in Europe and Call realty was the only company willing to work with us. Adam was our broker. He was always available by text or phone call. If not him someone else always got back to me. Moving out was very clear and easy. We were given a list of everything needed to be done to maximize our return deposit. We had an open month to check off everything on the list whereas i think many renters do not have this time. If you are responsible, easy to work with, and follow instructions you will have NO problem with this company. Our return deposit was reflective of the work we put into moving out.

The realtors do not call potential renters back. You have to keep calling in order to see a home.

Washer broke down and it took almost five weeks to get it fixed.

So in response. The first time i contacted some one about this was when i scheduled a walk thru with beth over the phone. At the end of the walk thru she asked if there was anything pressing that needed fixed i reiterated the washer was broken. This was on aug 19th. It wasnt until twelve days later i realized you would not address this issue unless it was somehow documented hence the email request

Im thankful it fixed and i pray i never have something serious breakdown ever again

Very friendly staff, great company to rent from, keeps you updated on everything that is going on. Always responds fast to emails and or messages left in office. Call Realty actually cares about their tenants which is a huge deal in my books.. Keep up the great work!!
