LGBTQ family. Quick, painless process and we felt very comfortable throughout. Outside genetic testing recommended by our fertility clinic is a must in our opinion. We personally bought enough vials for both of us to carry and elected to store them with our fertility clinic just for ease of transfer. We went with IUI and 2nd try took. Currently pregnant with twins! We'd recommend Cali Cryo to anyone who's looking for credible and reputable sperm donor services.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is unprofessional, understaffed and unwilling to provide adequate customer service. They have given me the run around for a refund for over a month. After several attempts to speak with a manager I had to dispute the charges through my credit card. Don't do business with these people they are a scam.

Never had any issues, the site is easy to navigate. I do wish there were discounts of some sort, not just for storage but we are pregnant after our 3rd try! Give this sperm bank a try, they had good options.

I wouldn't be able to thank them and the donor enough. The donor in the US did an extra test for me, and in Australia I was fortunate enough to have the most beautiful and brilliant twin girls. They are so full on... I laugh nervously because they won't keep still, climbing on things and won't stop giving me instructions at 2. "Mum where are you Mummy", "Mum where's my dummy gone", "I don't know, but it is my pleasure finding it", "I love you mum", "help, help, I'm duck (stuck)", "get off the table", shouting word-for-word "twinkle twinkle little star" at the supermarket. One is obviously really athletic like the donor. Best and biggest decision of my life, and can honestly and fully recommend CC.
