update on 3/17/2021: fixed. Araceli contacted me in person and we were able to work things out. Overall very satisfied.

Cascade Ridge messed up our rent in the system twice in 2 months and asked us to pay for the difference ASAP without an apology. Not to mention that they put down a wrong date on own renewal lease agreement that was posted on our door and mailed to our place twice, without a single word about it until we had to renew our lease a few months later.

Well put together real estate company. Heather is phenomenal, I love working with her.

I'm writing this review solely for my interaction with Mariya. She was extremely nice and dedicated in helping me fix a major issue with my rental history caused by a change in property management. Mariya was sincere in speaking with me and I greatly appreciate everything she did for me. Shortly after getting off the phone with her I received confirmation that my issue was resolved. She's a life saver, thank you Mariya!

Levi the building manager of Highland Court Apartments has been an absolute dream to have around he's friends, responsive, and does his best to assist when needed. C & R obviously did a great job bringing him to their team. No complaints!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and predatorial company as them. I have been a renter for over 30 years and have outstanding credit and a perfect rental history. I went through the lengthy application process (I noticed typos on their application form and thought it was strange). I and was informed that I passed and that the apartment was mine. I made plans to move in on the 1st of the month. Then they switched me from the agent I was working with to a different agent. They demanded that I put the electric bill in my name and purchase rental insurance, which I did. The day before move-in they informed me that the apartment was no longer mine and that they required even more personal information. They said they would work with me but the amount of time I had already invested, and after reading the other reviews I saw the red flags and decided not to work with them, they were acting very shady AF. It seemed like they really didn't know what they were doing, I mean the day before moving! I did try to call the main office several times and never got through, just got the voicemail. I did lose my application fee (they never even offered to refund the fee) and the rental insurance fees, as well as the application process put a ding on my credit score. The amount of stress this caused me, I do not recommend to anyone. And if I were an apartment building owner I would never want this company to manage my apartment building.

Well maintained property and responsive, helpful staff. Our property manager Levi has been easy to work with. Would recommend this management service.

I m writing this review for Mariya. She is such a gem! Always responsive and professional. When the AC went out in the home that I m renting during the hot temperatures in Portland, she was right on it and had the unit fixed immediately. This is just one example of her dedication. I m grateful for you Mariya!
