Our entire experience with the ER was exceptional. The nurses took great care of my dad. Dr. Tom was amazing. I wish every doctor took the time to explain things as thoroughly as he did.
My husband and I got our vaccinations today. The hospital was friendly and efficient. The longest we waited was the 15 minutes after the injection.
This is the most wonderful place. The care and compassion are without parallel. I can't express my gratitude enough. I came from Birmingham and will return. Thank you so much.
Top notch labor and delivery staff and nurses , every one was so calm, helpful , and friendly . absolutely love Dr. Reighburg and each and every staff member of his . Thank you all for the most wonderful experience . I wouldn't go anywhere else !!
My mother just passed on the covid floor the nurses were wonderful they took really good care of her. And real caring and helpful with the family and the whole process
Nurses take extremely long time to check on you or even bring water. No empathy to patients. In the hospital .The Emergency room is very good
Best way to describe is its nickname is death valley for a reason
I was there this morning for out patient surgery. I just want to say how pleased I was. We are very blessed to have such caring people working there. Thank you for calming my nerves. Thank you for taking time to explain things to me. Thank you for being so professional and thank you for your kindness and concern.
God bless each and every one of y all and just know y all are greatly appreciated.
I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
I just went to the Emergency Room due to a 10 day persistent migraine that is due to a brain disease that I have. I brought my MRI discs with me to show PROOF of the diagnosis. 2 discs to be exact, 1 brain scan with contrast the other a C-SPINE scan. I handed the nurse my discs when she triaged me, but she handed them right back. There was a female doctor there tonight. I wish I knew her name, but I don't because she didn't introduce herself, neither did the nurse. The doctor asked how she could help me, so I explained what was going on and told her I had this disease. She didn't ask to see the discs, but she did roll her eyes at me. She also proceeded to tell me that the migraines caused by the disease are the same as regular migraines, but they absolutely are NOT. I suffer from both, I should know. She then told me treatment for them is the same as regular migraines. Again, no it is not. I explained I had gone to my doctor Friday and what he had tried for relief and that it hadn't worked. She walked out of my "room" and started talking about me to the nurse. They both said I was only there for drugs. Ridiculous. My blood pressure was high also. Guess you can fake all of that. The nurse came back in, started an iv to give me "medicine", and guess what she gave me? The same medication I told them my doctor had tried 2 days ago that didn't work. Needless to say I took my own IV out and left. The disrespect was nauseating. Doctors have the power to heal and take pain away but instead this one was judgemental and looked disgusted that she even had to be there. Here's a tip for anybody reading this that's in the medical field, if you can help someone, help them. Stop assuming everyone wants drugs. Most of us want relief.
