Never disappointed with C+L! We are big fans of C+L Market too! All of there sweets are well balanced with flavour and just the right amount of sweet. Love love love the stuffed cookies, baked donuts, and anything with cream cheese. Their Easter creations are drool worthy and we are currently loving the pumpkin flavours of fall. PS Would love to see the Brett Kissel whiskey cookie become a menu item!
I've always been a huge fan of this place. Their products are GREAT (especially their season brownies). I'm honestly so impressed with their set up during this pandemic. The online ordering and pick up is very organized. You don't even need to get out of your car. They're doing a great job in all aspects

Original, creative and delicious baked goods and more. Awesome savoury food too. Vegan vegetable pie is awesome. You have to go at Easter for so many amazing choices. Great lattes too! Tiny but mighty in taste, personality and style.
My favourite bakery. So so delicious! Quality food made with care, fresh daily. Always baked with local ingredients when possible. Owners pay living wage to their staff - so important!

I m so sad I didn t know this place existed earlier! The cakes they have are sooo good! The Easter egg one tastes amazing and everything is reasonably priced. They also have a selection of sweet treats and small ethical products!
AMAZING!!! There is not one thing we tried that we didn't like. The cinnamon rolls are better than cinnabon. And they always have vegan options. Which are also super duper delicious.
The best time of year to come here is around Easter. This bakery makes their own creme egg. It is delicious. They also make a creme egg brownie which I prefer. Each layer is striking in contrast and it s so fudgy. Their ruffle square with mini eggs and homemade marshmallow is good too. They make really original and fun creations too. It is a pricey spot so bring your wallet and be prepared to spend.
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter at the last minute, no time to bake something at home. This place in my books comes the closest to our home made cakes. Their cake tasted great and the butter cream is sweet and creamy not too salty - just right. The cake was moist and had hints of vanilla. So happy with my last minute purchase, pricey but definitely fair for what you receive. Not only did the cake taste great but it looked absolutely awesome!

Fantastic selection of store-baked goods. They have very creative desserts that are bound to satisfy anybody's sweet tooth. Everything is made in-store and is very fresh. As a result the prices are high, but it is well worth it every once in a while. If you're a fan of coffee beans, try the Detour brand that they sell!

Love all the extra jars filled with jams, syrups and sauces. Definitely work checking out the cookies and cream cookie sandwich.

The Cake and Loaf is just amazing. I jog by this place every morning and the smell of the freshly baked goods always make my stomach growl. The 1st time I visited Cake and Loaf I was welcomed with amazing service and an aroma that made my heart skip a beat. Their variety is amazing. Get anything from full loafs of freshly baked cheese bread to perfectly frosted individual cinnamon buns. The chicken pot pie is amazing and their coffees, and lattes and teas make you feel warm inside and out. My roommate and I finished a whole loaf of Jensen Cheddar bread in one sitting. So consider yourselves warned.

Went to Cake & Loaf this weekend to try some baked goods. We got the PB Crunch, cookies and cream sandwich, date square, and cranberry apple loaf. Most of the items were pretty good, but they tasted really really oily. Everything was also more expensive than a comparable bakery. Still good, but be prepared to shell out some cash for some decent treats. Good options for my vegan friend which is a plus.
