This agency is a disaster. How can one be so badly received? I ask two unfortunate questions on my credit card but it is apparently too much for the hostess. Your condescending and no patience (really no, I had to stay 5 minutes and she told me to hurry when I opened my application to show him a document!)! Where are we? RUN AWAY !! Since January it's problematic. They blocked me a check for 10,000 and made me lose a rental opportunity. Then they took me more than 100 agios for a so-called discovered that they could never prove me. After weeks of visits to the agency they ended up paying them back, but not entirely. Last news my bank card was terminated without any request from me and without warning me and apparently I have to get by, for the costs incurred by the payments refused etc, because "I had only to provide other means of payment "and this is not their problem. The advisers are incompetent, I asked the closure of one of my accounts and I went back to the agency 10 days after because without news and apparently my request had not been taken into account and the closing documents were lost. Once again I was blocked for a large payment due to the non-closing of this account. The manager is rude and considers that if you get an offer on your credit card fee you do not deserve the same consideration as a customer who pays full price (why offer offers and call us at the agency for us in to benefit, in this case?). At each important stage of my professional life I find myself handicapped by this bank of incompetent people and I am very happy to leave them.
Excellent welcome with an efficient and involved staff. The advisor responded quickly, I highly recommend this agency. As a new customer, I appreciated the responsiveness.

My mom closed these accounts because she discovered fictitious charges on these accounts. My retired mother is a former director of a national bank. I also want to point out that there are quite a few reviews with 5 stars or the profiles are fictitious. You can notice this by going to the profiles themselves and you will first notice a single notice dated on the date the profile was created. This is likely to result in some people from this savings bank agency going to post positive reviews. Very worrying isn't it !!!

I am a shopkeeper in montparnasse for 10 years and the savings bank is my bank for 10 years too. I am always very well received, counselors are always smiling, in a good mood and very responsive to my requests. I'm really happy with this bank and I recommend it. In any case I'm going back tomorrow!
After trying several going from disappointment to disappointment I FINALLY found the bank! My advisor and the director of the agency were very attentive and a flawless accompaniment as well on my personal project (apartment purchase) as on my professional project (creation of my company). My experiences with the various advisers have been catastrophic ... a customer relationship that is disastrous, without forgetting their relentlessness to supply you with unsolicited banking products ... and their unjustified billings ... I who have never had a problem with my agency in the provinces before, I am tired of it ... I change agencies as soon as I can !! and running !!
I needed information and troubleshooting in the daytime yellow vests. They were helpful, attentive and patient. I recommend because unfortunately it is a bit far from home.

Not to mention the deplorable telephone reception with haughty, haughty and disagreeable people. I had redone my credit card, for 5 months I was yelled at telling me that the card was not there and that some requests had not been made ... Since early MARCH 2018, I try in vain to recover my money on a PERP openly but the law says that under 2000 we have the right to recover his money ... but with CAISSE EPARGNE is mission impossible!
