To do in the original, I will repeat the previous comments. Without doubt the worst agency in Paris and undoubtedly the worst advisor (I will not mention her name, she will recognize herself widely).

You are made to pay for anything and everything (including a 30 amortization table) which is absolutely prohibited.

No one to answer the emails but actually to collect the AGIOS there are people present!

Not to mention the deplorable telephone reception with haughty, haughty and disagreeable people. I had redone my credit card, for 5 months I was yelled at telling me that the card was not there and that some requests had not been made ... Strangely 2 months later (i.e. a delay 7 months after my request) I am called to tell me that my card is finally there. Not an excuse, nothing but on the other hand the counselors were there to take me down!

Update July 2020: let's add another layer. We now allow ourselves to hang up on the customer! A great first for me. More and more disagreeable and inhuman. We don't know what these people come to do in this environment, but they are there. Ladies, change jobs if you are unable to do your job well and talk to people well. It's a shame to be in a contact environment to be so obnoxious, haughty, disrespectful and also devoid of empathy. You are more and more obnoxious
