This agency is a disaster. How can one be so badly received? I ask two unfortunate questions on my credit card but it is apparently too much for the hostess. Your condescending and no patience (really no, I had to stay 5 minutes and she told me to hurry when I opened my application to show him a document!)! Where are we?
