I will NEVER go there again this is a good reason to drive to a better Dealership

Normally, I despise the car buying process, and our experience with Cain Toyota changed our perspective as I just bought my third car from them. Ron and Peter were patient and methodical and they understood that I was actively scouring search engines and visiting other dealerships researching the best car for me. Two weeks later, I returned to Cain Toyota with my list, dealership contacts, etc and I spent the entire day test driving cars as they provided options that matched my budget. I felt Ron and Peter were my advocates as they engaged me in a positive dialog. Their experience, knowledge, and foresight identified and prevented future problems; this kind of assurance is priceless when buying a used car. Peter's calm and affable nature is a valuable asset to Cain Toyota and demonstrates unsurpassed professionalism. I'll recommend Cain Toyota as they are committed to customer satisfaction.

I have been to the Cain Toyota Dealership on several occasions. I keep coming back to because it is an easy place to make a care purchase. I have worked with Joe, and he is top notch. He took the time to evaluate my needs, and paired that with my price range and other requirements. I really can't say enough about my great experiences at Cain. The entire process was seamlessly executed, I just sat back and waited, then drove off in my new car!

Teresa in Sercice was remarkable. She did everything she could to make sure my car needs were met. She went above and beyond. The front receptionist told me what I needed couldn't be done. Teresa made it happen. It was the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. We'll be back to Cain Toyota. Thanks Teresa, Jon, Jacob, and Cain.

Recently purchased a BMW at Cain Toyota/BMW it was a easy and pleasant experience thanks to Eric Meyer and Gregg Haines. Over the years my family and I have had many vehicles serviced at Cain. They are top notch professionals. A special shout out to Dan Malloy who manages the service departments at Toyota and BMW he always knows the answers to our questions and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough about this great dealership.

Everyone from the knowledgeable parts guy and service attendants, sales staff to the finance officer and the smiling lady at the counter. They all make you feel like family at Cain Toyota and they give you no hassle what so ever! If your a diehard Toyota person like myself then this is your one stop shop! P.S. Dave Rodriguez you go above and beyond any salesman I've ever known. I will buy all my Toyota's from you! Thanks!

The worst car dealership that I have ever been in my life. From the time I walked in the door the presence was unwelcoming. The gentleman at the receptionist desk was watching something on his phone and never looked up, three other associates standing there talking, NEITHER of them said hello or welcome to Toyota, offered water or coffee and many other associates walked by without acknowledgement (what a shame). I will find a DEALERSHIP to make my purchase. One that VALUES ALL CUSTOMERS!!! This one is NOT on my recommend list!!!

You know, this isn't a situation about me but I feel like I need to speak up about this. I have 2 coworkers (they are Indian and Pakistani) that went in to get a car and were treated like garbage. Listening to the description they are giving of how they were treated, I can guarantee that I will NEVER go here. I will deter others from going here. How can a salesmen tell someone to wait by the door, not offer a chair and try to tell someone "you need this car not the one you want"? You expect people to come back when this is how you treat them? No thanks.

This is a year overdue, but I purchased a nice, used Camry last March as my first car: could not have asked for a better experience, nor a better price, seriously! Their honesty, integrity, and care for my needs made the car-buying process quite enjoyable. I'm looking forward to being a customer again! Love Cain Toyota!

Worst customer service ever. They are rude and completely unprofessional. They try to bully you into any car they can doesn't matter what your looking for. They just want to make a sale they could care less for their customers. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 25 minutes to Ganley Toyota in Akron.

I feel I had an incomplete frame inspection on a recall - they undercoated instead of frame replacement and now I have bed pylons rusted off and a rear crossmember just forward of axel rusted away where it meets the frame. Just told me I'm SOL. I'm am contesting the work performed during the frame inspection and how thorough it was- this kind of metal degradation doesn't happen that rapidly... 870,000 of our trucks were recalled for a reason. Both of my rear springs broke 9 months apart and were replaced prior to that particular recall before this one - was that a tell maybe? Is it my responsibility that the frame degradation was missed?

My wife and I baby our 4Runner. It's a 2013. It has 92K miles. We drive it only about 12-14K a year. We are used to running our Toyotas to 250K+ miles. Took it in for oil change and tire balance with rotation. Simple run of the mill maintenance. The service department calls me and says they broke something off in the oil filter area, and it would be $60 more for me to replace what they broke. Supposedly whoever's did my last oil change put the filter on too hard. The vehicle always ran smooth, we dont skimp in any service.... Sure. Replace it I tell them. And I get it home and the 4Runner now is shaking violently in Neutral and Park. Not sure what's going on. I will keep y'all posted. I have never experienced someone else breaking something, charging you extra. And then handing you back the vehicle in worse condition than it had ever been in. And what's awesome is they show they replaced the part, but not that they broke it on the paperwork. That's shady.

Can't say enough good things about the Service Depatment at Cain. Customer first and customer satisfaction has been their demonstrated priority. I had been going to another area Toyota dealer for service until I met Dan Malroy the service manager. Cain has been my preferred dealer ever since. In fact from this level of service I have given their dealership my business on 2 new Toyota's purchases. These experiences were also very positive. Give Dan and Cain a chance for your service needs and I think you will be as impressed as I was with the customer first approach. This can so be said also for their new car sales.

I try to avoid dealerships when it comes to buying parts for my sequoia and prius. I had a bad experience with my last dealership and cringe thinking about another parts dept. My experience today with Brian was over the top. He was very social, knowledgable, and courteous. Having owned my business for 22 yrs, first impression means everything!!. Cain Toyota has my business!! Thanks for a great experience!! Dr D

Service department is excellent. Some of the salesmen and support people in showroom chew tobacco. I think that is extremely unprofessional! I do not want to hear someone spitting in a cup/bottle when I'm looking at cars. I called and complained about it a year ago but it's still going on last week.

Joe Draper was very easy to work with. It was definitely the smoothest car buying experience I've had to date. No hassle, no gimmicks, Joe Draper will shoot you straight. I'm absolutely loving my Toyota Sienna. Real men drive minivans...at least that's what Joe told me.

Stopped here briefly, just to see if one of their 2019 SUVs would suit my needs. I didn't want a test drive or even need a sales pitch; just wanted to sit in the vehicle for a moment and make sure it had adequate head and leg room so I could narrow down my new car search. I made this clear to the salesman that approached us. He informed me that the new vehicles are at the back of the lot (sure, Toyota has a high market in certified pre-owned) but made no move to grab any keys. I asked if they are unlocked and he responded icredulously "no!".... I had one simple ask, that cannot be completed from outside a locked vehicle. When I reminded him I needed to SIT in the vehicle, he informed me there was one in the show room. We sat in it for a moment checking space while he hovered. When my fiance asked him a direct question, he ignored him, but made sure he gave me his business card before I left. I'll be buying a new Toyota in a few weeks, but it won't be from here.

I leased a Corolla here and had a great experience. Joe Draper, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Every time I bring it in for its scheduled maintenance I have a good experience. They have a clean waiting room with great coffee and Joe always comes up to me and asks how I like the Corolla. The friendly staff and good service makes Cain Toyota easy to recommend.

Used car sales manager was a jerk. Played the role of stereotypical "used car salesman" way too well. Our salesman was okay although brand new, and Ben (the finance guy) was great. I would NOT go back to this dealership just because the used car sales manager was that bad at his job. Unfriendly, arrogant and very combative. We purchased a $35K used car, and I felt as though he should have at least offered us a smile and a handshake and instead he walked within 2 feet of us an would not make eye contact as we were leaving.

August 19, 2020 was my first visit to Cain Toyota. I usually go to a local repair shop who has worked on my van since January of this year. The repair shop tried to tell me my RPM"s were off and I needed to take it to a Toyota dealer. Since I am new to the area I just chose one that was closest to me. I'm glad I did. I dealt with Service person Theresa. She kept me up to date on repairs and alerted me to some shady work done by my previous repair shop. I had replaced my battery with a new one back in January also a new Alternator. She called me back to tell me that the battery was bad. I said i didn't understand its brand new. She said no it is a used one. I was so upset that this shop put a used battery in and charged me for a new one. Also she asked me did they do an oil change for you. I said yes in January. Well they didn't put in an air filter. So my van has run over 7 months with no air filter and charged for one. I was so upset. I will deal with him later. So I just got a new battery from Cain and they did a cleaning I believe it was a sensor because that's what the other guy said was wrong. Well all in all I appreciate the extra effort that Theresa and her team did for me. I will be sticking with Cain Toyota.

The dealership a nice friendly place but after buying my toyota rave4 which I love. The toyota rave4 2008 has a oil leak and it getting worst buy the day. I miss the dealership fix on it because I never heard about it until today when I call the 800 no. To complain about my rave4 losing lots of oil. So I called to complain and you can too if yours is using lots of oil.
