Stopped in to test drive a van, as we wanted to retire our old Kia Sedona. We were greeted by Eric, who listened to our needs for a new vehicle and quickly provided two Siennas to test drive. Eric sat down with us and helped us price out our van with no pressure to upgrade. We were highly satisfied with the whole experience and the price that Jason offered us!

This was my best car buying experience I've ever had. Most dealerships have young kids ready to put you in a car today but few have sales people who genuinely know their product and consider the needs of their customer before their commission. Sam Warther at Cain Toyota delivered that old school salesmanship that has been missing for the last decade. My wife and I viewed him more of a personal consultant than a salesman. He educated us on all of the options the car had and even provided lower cost options so we could make our decision. When we told him we were checking out the competition and he encouraged us to do so because of the confidence he had in his brand. A competitor made our decision easy and we quickly came back to Cain. We brought our baby and 6 year old in to purchase and the finance guy kept them entertained while we completed the process with ease. I had submitted interest in the sienna to other dealerships and received competitive offers but due to the service, it was worth paying a higher yet fair price. The service department looked great and very organized. I'm a Jeep guy, but this dealership has me seriously considering a 4 Runner for my next new vehicle.

I have never shopped for a vehicle here but I take my Corolla (bought elsewhere) for scheduled maintenance, and I am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the Service department. I realize that car buying is a whole different animal in itself, but judging from my experience with the Service Department here, I will certainly give Cain Toyota the opportunity of selling me my next vehicle. Great atmosphere!

Amazing service! A few days ago my young daughter was traveling through Ohio when her car broke down late at night. We live 2.5 hours away. We had the vehicle towed to Cain Toyota since it was closest to where she would be for the night. We literally chose Cain via a quick Google search. I got a call early the next morning from Luis telling me they were pretty booked that day but might be able to take a look at the car later that afternoon. I explained that my daughter was traveling through the state and was kind of stranded. Within 90 minutes of that phone call, Luis called me back and said that they d been able to diagnose the problem, had all the parts available, and could have the vehicle ready for my daughter that afternoon! I can t tell you how relieved we were. Great service is truly hard to come by these days, but Luis and his team at Cain proved that is does still exist. If I lived closer, they d be my go-to team. Thank you, Cain, for top-notch service with a great attitude.

Cain Toyota has a courteous staff, reasonable prices for maintenance, and they are always able to accommodate my schedule for service. They are not pushy in trying to upgrade to a new vehicle when I go in for service, which I always appreciate. They have a transport service to take you around the area while you wait for your car to be serviced, which is a big advantage. The waiting lobby is often very loud though. My car is still going strong after 12 years and it is thanks to great service from Cain Toyota!

I have been 'kicking tires' (that what I call car shopping) for several weeks. I happened to go to your dealership just to find a brochure. Your salesperson Jim Yost was very helpful. I was gathering information to consider the Toyota Tundra. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle and provided the information I needed at the moment. My husband and I haven't made up our minds yet, but if the Tundra becomes the vehicle of choice - Cain Toyota and Jim will be our first stop.

Luis is always very friendly and courteous. Service was efficient and (sorry I don't remember her name) when paying my bill the young lady was very friendly as well. They seem to enjoy their job at Cain. Quite a pleasure doing business with Cain Toyota.

Sam Warther was very respectful and helpful throughout the research and purchasing process. He was patient and understanding in helping me determine which vehicle best suited my needs. I compared his vehicles with those at other dealerships and visited several. He took the time to get to know me and introduced me to Peter Eaglowski. They were honest with me about how their vehicles and sales compared with those of other dealerships and even helped me research the history of some of the other dealerships' vehicles. I came back several times and Sam patiently helped me each time. Sam and Peter both ensured that I found a high-quality vehicle that was affordable and made the buying process a breeze. They had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived and fully loaded my vehicle with the available accessories, had it washed, and refueled.

Terrible. Your typical scam artist dealership. I will never go do this dealer again. Took my car in for its routine maintenance and had a issue with a plastic piece that sits in my bumper. Service manager told me I had "wrecked" my car and did something to the bumper and told me they would not fix it. They also told me to take it back to where I bought the car. Which is 45 mins out of my way. Since they represent Toyota and sell Toyota vehicles, you'd think they would try and help. I have 15k miles on it and have had my corolla IM less then a year... I have NEVER wrecked my car nor hit my bumper. I don't appreciate being lied too and told I had damaged my own car, when I know for a fact have never hit anything with my corolla. I have 20k mile bumper to bumper warranty and cain insisted on not backing up what they sell and fixing the issuse. I took my car to a different dealer and they said there would be no problem fixing the car. Horrible customer service.

We had a bit of a frustrating experience with the purchase of a used Mazda vehicle there. The internet sales manager seemed nice enough in demeanor, but he made multiple mistakes that basically just chalked up to not checking facts. We had to drive a distance to get this and he was a bit off on his figures for what it would cost for a warranty, but that was just a small frustration.

The main issue was that he told us the vehicle had navigation. We couldn't get it to work during the test drive, but he said he had it working earlier and would check it out. I went out with him and asked him to do it with me there, and he tried and couldn't get it working. He said he'd have the tech check it and get it working while we did the paperwork. (I should have waited but it had been a long day.)

We came out and he said the tech checked with Mazda and the previous owner hadn't registered the system with Mazda to get the free SD card with software on it, so I would need to do that and get the SD card mailed to me. "I guess I just saw the NAV logo when it started up and that's what I remember," he explained. "What happens if it's not free and there's some charge?" I asked. "Well, get in contact with me and we'll figure it out" was basically his response.

I come to find I had been told something that was incorrect... the entire NAV module hadn't even been installed so there was no place to even put an SD card (how did the tech miss this?), and it was going to cost me $560. So I got back in contact and he said "There is really nothing I can do about it. It was an honest mistake". I agree, it was a mistake and, giving him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps even an honest one... but it was theirs, not ours.

If you don't know something you should be conservative in your answers rather than guessing to tell a customer what they want to hear. When you're dealing with a sales situation, that makes it feel like the salesman is doing what he can to just unload the vehicle, then it's "bye bye". Perception is reality guys.

Generally internet sales are less trouble for the dealer and there's not as much work involved in the sales process, so what quick interaction there is should be handled with more care. In my opinion mistakes are fine IF you fix them. I would have given this place 4-5 stars had they done something to try and make up for the mistake they made, but because they didn't I'm very frustrated and feel like I'm not given a thought after I handed over my money. Some places are more concerned with reputation than others... I've had dealerships make mistakes in the past and do something to fix the issue for me. As of right now, this place didn't. Tread with care.

We have been going to Cain Toyota for more than 15 years and purchased cars through Jim Yost who has gone out of his way to be as accommodating as possible. Our main reason for going to this dealership in the beginning is the fact that Dan Maloy is their Service Manager and he takes his job very seriously. He is so honest and always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. We have NEVER had a problem when our cars were serviced and we can always depend on the fact that if he says we need something done to our car, it IS necessary or they will just say it can wait a while. We trust him so much that we've followed him to each dealership he's worked at since he began his career. He always tries to hire the most qualified service people and none of them has ever disappointed us.

Worst dealership ever. I bought a Jeep there. Had several problems with it. Did buy a warranty with it, glad I did. They weren't a Jeep dealership and couldn't work on jeeps. Had to take it to other Jeep dealerships and some would not honor my warranty certificate. I will not buy another vehicle from them nor do I reccomend this dealership.

The internet sales manager Joe Trebow(?) is a tool, we had agreed to a deal prior to me coming to the dealership because I live approx 4hrs away, he completely went off the radar after a few email exchanges, he didn t even bother answering my email, it s cool if the car is sold or whatever, but he could ve at least notified me, I think the situation could ve been handled a lot better, if your job is to earn customer s trusts and bussiness, you have failed miserably, I d stay away from this dealer, something about them just doesn t sit right with me base on my initial contact with them. Joe Trebow, you need to improve your people s skills or perhaps a new profession will suit you better.

Agreed to buy a 2017 Toyota Camry for an agreed amount. The car was located at another dealership. I placed a $500 deposit and was told the car would arrive in 3 days. Two weeks later the car never showed up and I was issued a refund due to "the car not being available". After visiting two other Toyota dealerships, speaking to the corporate office and finding out the car was definitely available. I come to find out Cain miscalculated the price. Instead of communicating this or apologizing, I heard nothing from them for days, I was told the car is unavailable, and I was finally given my money back. Just bad bad business. I've done business with Cain before and its disappointing that I will never be back.

There is a person named Kim, we was very rude..!! We went in to check a car and he didn t atleast offer a chair..!! He was a racist and as we enter the door..!! He right away asks if he have a credit score and if can afford a car.
This is worst service I have ever received.

They was friendly, They even gave me a car fax, The car fax showed no wrecks or problems, After i have owned the car , I found where the front fender and hood has been removed, extra sealant all along the drivers side , like when a side has been replaced . I am quite sure this car was wrecked , and someone has lied about the car fax ,, But, If i can see it . I am sure the Dealer noticed it as they applied fresh undercoat to hide the flaws , I would never buy a car from Cain Toyota .

We had a hard time getting me a loan due to my credit, but Joe and the Caine team worked hard and found me exactly what I wanted in my price range and I didn't have to compromise. After I purchased a vehicle at Cain Toyota they tried to renege on our agreement. As part of our agreement, Cain agreed to paint a rust spot on the vehicle. After I paid for the vehicle and it was detailed, I found the rust spot had not been addressed. It was a Saturday evening and they were closing and the salesman did not go ahead and have the vehicle painted. Instead, he said they would coordinate with a dealer in my area (I drove over 90 minutes to get there) to get the vehicle repaired. Over the next few days Cain changed their story and said they would instead mail me a bottle of touch up paint and they expected me to paint the vehicle myself.
I found this completely unacceptable and had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get Cain to hold up their end of the agreement. However, they did not let me get my vehicle painted near my home and I did have to return to Cain for the repair.
I attached pictures of the rust spot before and after Cain painted it. To me , it looks like they simply covered the rust with touch up paint. Also, paint was sloppily splashed onto the window glass. They clearly did not blend in the repaired area with the surrounding paint.
I would not recommend Cain. They mislead me, tried to back out of our contractual agreement, then did a poor repair job but only after I sought help with the BBB.

I wish there was an option to give more than a 5 star rating! I absolutely love and appreciate Cain Toyota. My wife and I have bought our mini van there a couple years ago. The way that their staff treats us like family whenever we are on their lot makes all the difference. We purchased our van there a couple years ago from their awesome salesman Mike Bann and knew I would return if ever my vehicle needed replaced. When I realized my suv was on the fritz ... I knew who I was going to turn to. Mike Bann once again helped me find an incredible vehicle that met my needs and a great replacement. Thanks Mike Bann and Ben Barbato (Finance Office) for your awesome service this past week!
