I am a full-time Dunkin donuts employee in Maine. The level of lazyness from management, and shift leaders is beyond comprehension. All the work falls on to part-time and full-time crew members. Constant call outs people leaving and showing up whenever they want. Quite honestly if it wasn't for being in the union for an electrical apprenticeship. I would have quit a long time ago. I don't recommend anyone work here. The only positive thing I have to say is the flexibility is great for parents and students. I sincerely hope if any one from Cafua management, or Dunkin Donuts management reads this they really should look a lot deeper into most of your locations in Maine.

I have been working in this company for a while, and I have only good things to say. The Team in South Florida its great, my boss, she's AMAZING! I have learned so much about management and customer service. Her stores are neat, clean and with great teams.

Two Dunkins in Maine -- one in Waterville and one in Oakland -- have provided in excusably bad service, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone in management (corporate or local) to tell them about it. In Oakland, of the three employees working, one wore a mask, one didn't, and one had her mask down below her nose. I mentioned to her that the mask should go over her nose, and she said she knew that. I mentioned to her that the mask won't offer any protection if it's not over the nose, and she said she knew that, too. She did not, however, move her mask over her nose. With COVID cases skyrocketing, not wearing masks while working in Dunkin is very unsafe for all customers. I will not be going back to this Dunkin. I drove through at the store in Waterville, ordering a caramel macchiato. I paid at the window and waited for my coffee, which was taking so long, the car behind me was honking its horn. When I was finally given the coffee, I took a sip and found it was not caramel macchiato, and it was dreadful! I couldn't get anybody's attention inside the store for a good while, and when someone finally came over, I told her the order was wrong, and she turned to ask the server who had made it what was going on. His reply was, "She's already paid for it, so don't bother doing anything." I will no longer be bothering to go to Dunkin.

I currently work for Cafua Management in a Fall River, Massachusetts store I have had no problems with the management since I started working almost 3 months. I have years of prior experience in dunkin Donuts and other donut shops as shift leaders and assistant manager. This is a great company with opportunity growth and room for flexibility being a mom of 3 children.

Getting ahold of anyone from human resources or just in general is impossible. No voicemail system or person directory. Just endless ringing and system prompts. How you're able to still have a company with the amount of negative reviews and questions about this place is beyond comprehension!

Very, very, very hard to get in touch with anybody in the office, especially accounts payable. Always leave multiple messages and never hear back in a timely manner. Many invoices go months past due.

Soulless company. They put employees into tough positions and then have the nerve to act like it's their fault when something goes wrong. Their management is rude and unprofessional.

I worked at one of their locations, and have been to a few other stores they run, and it's the same thing every time: understaffed team working as hard as they can, and expected to give up everything in their life for some menial job. They have so many restrictions limiting the amount of employees they can have working at once, it's just cruel.

God forbid you are a good employee. They will call on you every second of the day, asking you to come in to work. They have no flexibility, so if an employee is sick, they either have to stay and get you, the customer sick, or they leave, and call in another employee. Because that's how tightly things are ran. There is no room for anybody to leave; if they did, it would be a disaster.

They are the epitome of the incompetent corporations this country is filled with. Don't give them your money. Also, I am sure that all the 5 star reviews on google are fake, and made by management. All the real reviews are one stars.

I am an accountant with over 5 years experience and I can confidently say that Cafua Management is the worst place I have ever worked for. In the first six months of working at Carfua, I had seen the worst employee turnover that I had ever witnessed. The strain on the accounting team was at a breaking point since I started and it likely had been that way for some time, but management did not seem concerned and simply let less important things fall to the wayside while the more important items were slapped together to get them ready even at the cost of sound accounting practice.

One of the major issues during my time at Cafua was cash management. Instead of charging an employee with the task of monitoring and funding the appropriate accounts at the appropriate time with the appropriate amount of cash, management decided it would pay on average $1,000 per day in late fees so they could maintain control over cash flows. When I brought this up to management (supported by a quarter s worth of financial data) I was scolded for suggesting we could avoid these fees if we funded the accounts on time. This example showcases the level of ineptitude amongst Cafua Management s executive staff. They simply don t care so long as they can maintain a frat-bro relationship with the owners. Accounting issues that can be resolved simply and with tremendous financial savings are shut down due to the Cafua brothers desire to maintain control over the company; a company their father built and handed to them.

The pay is not competitive, executive team is uninvolved, and middle management is so belligerent off the workload that they are too stressed to manage their teams effectively. The executive team informs the department that they must meet unrealistic deadlines and the management team does little or nothing to fight for their employees. I was informed that the owner s approach to the accounting department is this: The stores make the money, not the accounting department. And unfortunately, that is the exact sentiment felt by the accounting team every day. I can tell you that right now the accounting team at Cafua Management is falling apart and it is directly related to management's lack of concern. I give Cafua Management one start because I could not give them less than one, which would be more than they deserve. Stay away from this company at all costs!
