Clean, luxurious, and quiet complex! The office staff is so friendly and inviting. They have endless amenities and beautiful walking paths around the community with ponds. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend living here if you're in the Spring/Houston area!
The staff here at The Mark is amazing . I am treated like family. I feel genuinely loved here. Any concerns or issues that I may have here, the staff is prompt and consistent. I can definitely feel the passion in what they do. Thank you so much for serving your residents and modeling the quality of what customer service should represent .
All I can say is WOW...LOCATION...AMENITIES & MORE! From the moment you walk into the lobby of the Mark, you will be blown away by the customer service of the staff. The carpeted hallways are exceptionally clean and the amenities are perfect for the professional man, woman or family. The well stocked library, state of the art gym, spin room and more are a plus! The Mark is only a short stroll to some of my favorite spots: Chipotle, Common Bond, Island Grill and the Marriott for brunch or happy hour. I promise you The Mark will not disappoint! Juana was extremely helpful during my search and guided me through the tour of the property!
I had the opportunity to carry out a photographic session around their facilities. there was no need to move to another place. everything seemed to fit in with their decorations. then in its facilities the staff is very attentive and shows their professionalism when receiving you.
My husband and I absolutely love The Mark! Morgan is such a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the entire property and the surrounding area. She was able to get us in on a tour and was the reason why we moved so quickly with the application and signing a lease. She was very helpful with our move and our additional needs. The facility is well maintained by the staff. We love living here!
We love it here! We used to live in a different apartment complex in Spring, but the Mark makes it feel like you live the luxurious lifestyle! From the SPA, Gym to a lap pool - this place has it all to relax after a hard day at work! We strongly recommend!

I've been here about a year now. Clean, quiet complex with very friendly office staff. Great amenities, and nice walking paths around the complex with ponds. Only issues I've seen here is the hottub is sometimes out of service, and if you live in a 1 bedroom apartment you only get 1 assigned parking space. I recommend living here if you're in the area.
The employees of " The Mark " at City Place Springwoods have earned my 5 star review after living here the last 20 months. I have to include the owners at Fein Corp. They built and designed a high quality building, loaded it full of amenities and hired a great staff to run it. Mrs. Juana has been my main contact and she has provided me with exceptional service. Trever provides outstanding leadership and communication. I have interacted with all the employees, and they just make things great to live here. I agree with all the other reviews. .
I love The Mark. I own homes in Colorado but spend half my time in Texas for work. The Mark is a great place to be after a long day in Houston. It feels like an urban corridor in a suburban area. Part of a planned community.
