I am a full-time Dunkin donuts employee in Maine. The level of lazyness from management, and shift leaders is beyond comprehension. All the work falls on to part-time and full-time crew members. Constant call outs people leaving and showing up whenever they want. Quite honestly if it wasn't for being in the union for an electrical apprenticeship. I would have quit a long time ago. I don't recommend anyone work here. The only positive thing I have to say is the flexibility is great for parents and students. I sincerely hope if any one from Cafua management, or Dunkin Donuts management reads this they really should look a lot deeper into most of your locations in Maine.
