A place that have many governmental service offices

I like the mall because of RTA office and union coop

Low traffic and very easy friendly mall. Get your work done quickly

Easy access, only during rush hours can be lots of traffic around it. I always park in the basement, lowest options as there is always space. Food court is small, but it does the job, you get a variety of choice. Union Corp is huge.

Cozy place and very good to buy to their supermarket, cheap price and very approachable people.

The mall is old but still looks good and has variety of shops

al-Barsha mall is a big one located in al-Barsha 3 in a very beautiful area near al-Barsha bond Park and surrounded by many of luxury villas . The mall has limited number of Stores and you can only find few brands out there but the good thing about it that you will find a big office for Tas'heel, Economic Department, Land's department, Galadari driving, RTA office, Etisalat, Du, and Notary public... Also you will find a kids zone where children can enjoy their time, and nice food court including many restaurants serving a real nice yummy food items ... there you can find 3 or more banks like Emirates Islamic, Dubai Islamic, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank ... Fun is always available in al-Barsha mall where you can have in a value store like Daiso Japan, Baskin Robbins, and more .... One more thing that make al-Barsha mall a perfect place to visit is the huge Hypermarket which includes all home needs from A-Z in a very nice, organized style and you don't have to bother yourself about the parking cause al-Barsha mall has a huge free parking area .

Washrooms need more cleaning, they don t match Dubai s services quality, and they need to be larger, in addition, food court is too close to the children play area which is too noisy, they are always separated in all malls.

With the Union COOP hyper market, Al Barsha Mall is the ideal destination for bulky groceries shopping.
On top of the Union COOP there is a paid playing area for kids, a decent food court (mostly local chains and egyptian restaurants, a pharmacy, a mother care branch, some chocolate shop, few coffee shops and few other shops.
Al Barsha Mall offers an indoors free parking with the widest parking slots I have seen in Dubai, which is great plus during hot summer seasons, whereas you can park you car and do your grocery shopping without worrying about the heat or your car getting dented.

I really like this place. It doesn't have that holier-than-thou feel like a lot of other malls here and I find most of the eateries to be reasonably priced. Plus rides and stuff for kids.. Shopping for groceries has never been more fun.

It is a small mall as compared to others, but I like the fact that you can find government services here and don't always have to go to the head offices.

Family mall with a quite environment, and it has most of the needs for your house and more.
It is never crowded.

There are outlets providing government services, there is a big cooperative society store and there are both the telecom providers present there. Getting free parking is the only issue.
