Modul de prezentare si cutiutele de cadouri in care a fost ambalat sunt si ele foarte frumoase si am fost placut surprinsa. Domnisoara care m-a sunat pentru confirmarea comenzii a fost foarte draguta si amabila. Termenul de livrare a fost si el foarte scurt.

Aceasta nu este prima mea comanda de pe site-ul Borealy si cu siguranta nu va fi nici ultima. Sunt foarte incantata de livrarea rapida si de ambalajul frumos in care sunt impachetate produsele, iar produsele in sine, sunt extraordinare. Cerceii pe care I-am comandat sunt chiar mai frumosi in realitate decat in fotografiile de pe site.

I would like to tell how happy and happy I was from the order from Borealy :) I liked the Double Heart ring model - what I received is the same as in the picture, quality worked, fine and beautifully finished. Phone communication was excellent, I received useful information (and how to measure the size, and what width and thickness the set of rings, there was and availability to send me two rings of different sizes, because I was uncertain about my measurements). I was very excited about delivering the same day (it was not urgent, but until Monday I would have been very impatient like a baby :)). And the gentleman who brought my rings was very cordial, encouraged me to prove both sizes, but the first one was already good, so it was no longer needed - but I loved the very rarely encountered attitude of involvement and desire to be as good as possible (too often we meet with loser, something like "you do not want, what good, I go too quick!"). And about how to pack, what am I to say, I was impressed, I told a lot of friends, how much attention to detail (ring box, silky paper, gift box, all in the gift bag, without missing the bill and the guarantee). Nu am testat produsele Borealy, ci le-am oferit, nefiind astfel in masura sa apreciez eventuale disfunctionalitati. Insa modul de prezentare, ambalarea, precum si certificatele de garantie care le insotesc reprezinta o garantie a calitatii. Mi-au placut si povestioarele trimise alaturi de bijuterii. Serviciile au fost de asemenea de calitate. Livrarea comenzii a fost confirmata atat in scris, cat si telefonic, si a avut loc la data si ora stabilite, fara intarzieri. Am fost placut surprinsa si de faptul ca ni s-a solicitat feedback intr-un mod mai personal, nu sub forma tipicului chestionar cu note de la 1 la 10.
