Located in Al Barsha Dubai. Clean and neat mall not a very big one. Contains a big union co operative hyper market. Mobile shops,branded dress, perfume outlets, emirates islamic bank all available. Free parking available.
Nice place to go for grocery and children play area.
The union co-op inside is huge, also there are few fast food retailers, a pharmacy and a bank. Diso the Japanese Dollar store is also there. The two sides of the building are confusing. Make sure you know which side you parked your car.
Easy to shop, eat and park. Big kids area, good quantity of parking, banks, shop's restaurants, coffee shops, huge supermarket, super complete mall in good location. I like it because is quiet and I can found all in one place.
Small mall which provides you with all you need, restaurants, baby shop, supermarket, shops for the household, playing area for kids, gym and and and... it's actually a good get away if you aren't in the mood for too much traffic.
Its a great convenient mall with all the necessities like grocery ,gym, food basic services etc , not suitable for shopping for clothes or shoes etc

The small mall is convenient enough for people living in the area of Al Barsha, with one of the biggest union coop in town & a few of other stores & resturants.
The parking is kinda confusing & not easy to find a free parking in rush hours.
This is basically a huge Union Co-op.
The majority of the space is occupied by Union Co-op hypermarket and the rest is shopping outlet that cater to all your daily needs.
They have a food court, despite being small, the the collection of restaurants is great.
The hypermarket is too big and you need to focus on which side you entered since it has entries from two sides and that is a little bit confusing.
There is also a big gym if you live in Al Barsha area.
There is also car testing and renewal service as well as some other government services, like Dubai courts.
It's a shopping mall for your daily needs, not a place to spend time with friends or families.
