A good place with various stores and several bank branches

Less crowded. 5 stars couldn t be given as less options

Biggest attraction is union cooperative supermarket with all its good varieties of high quality groceries and vegetable, the mall has also some good options for kids available, some decent food options too and you can renew your car license there as well plus get access to some limited government services.

This mall has a lot of serverless
It has three banks Emirates Islamic bank and Dubai Islamic bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic bank
It also has labour Ministry services and court services and Dubai economic department services also you can make test and registered your car here plus Hypermarket and kids area and a lot of other shops

Hyper market prices very good , u will find a parking quickly at the ground floor , quick service for car insurance and license renewal no outdoor cafe except second cup, and the food court is not really big.

We visit Barsha Mall only for the huge union coop here and also the food court has our favorite indian cuisine eatery - "Kwality Restaurant"

Barsha mall became services mall that I prefer to go because of accessibility, location and facilities.

There's a huge Hypermarket.. UNION coop. Though some of the staff are a little racist. A number of banks and a money exchange and most of the shops close at midnight which is very awesome
