Also... The referrals given for my daughter.... They don't take her insurance.... Not helpful at all.

Rude medical staff.. unpleasant attitudes, i would go ANYWHERE else...

Went here this morning for my daughter's one year checkup. and they tell me that they cancelled her appt and told me that they spoke to her father and told him yesterday. He says they said that I needed to reschedule my Appointment. Nothing about my daughter's appointment. So wasted my gas and oh I confirmed my appt two days ago and recieved a text confirmation at 6PM last night saying they'll see Raven tomorrow for her appointment.

Incompetent staff. Requested records on 2/8. Left messages on answering machine and with real person. Records needed for the 14th. Called and was told that request had not been recieved and they had not gotten the messages I left. I told staff I would be by the office to get information and they needed to print records out. Got to office and records were from 2014. Waited to speak with the doctor and asked her to print more current records off her computer. The doctor said she could not do that because it was not protocol and going against protocol would be a HIPAA violation. I asked how that could be a HIPAA violation, when the records were for my son and she would be the one printing them out. All she would say was that it was protocol and it would violate HIPAA no real explanation. She did say that she would send the request to the records department tomorrow morning so they could go where they need it to. I told her the appointment was 8 in the morning and she didn't seem to care. She just kept on saying that it was protocol and she could not print the information off of her computer.

Amanda S. is very smart and works very hard to help patient's in need. She is better than any doctor I have ever seen.

Amanda S. is so great along with Becky on her Team! I recently went to the ER for a pinched nerve and when I informed Becky, she collected my x-rays and reports from the hospital, immediately took action to work with Amanda for a diagnosis and refer me to a pain management specialist! In the meantime, I was still in a great deal of pain so they were able to prescribe other meds to get me relief and assisted me with appropriate handling and scheduling of all of them. This was all handled in a timely manner so I could work and take care of my family which means a lot! Thank You!
