There are other reviews, but it's really bad.
After making a reservation application, the instructor has been passed through twice (there is no noise in the reservation application even when the lesson time is reached, without refusing it). What if I cancel before time? I was told. If you make a complaint, another staff member will not be able to confirm the reservation, but only a simple reply that the instructor does not see the reservation application. The instructor who accepts the reservation application by posting the schedule on the web has not confirmed the application ... And that is to answer the student as usual. I think I can't manage the teacher (and the staff).
I said that I couldn't continue with this, but the canonical sentence in the nerve rebellion saying "I would appreciate your continued support".
Even if there is a problem, it is just a place where you can send fixed phrases appropriately. I can't trust it.
I regret having registered SkypeID in such a cruel management place.
Absolutely useless staff members. When you have some sort of issues with students, these guys are hopeless at providing solutions. Rude, unpleasant and unsympathetic to deal with. Another irritable thing is that Cafetalk staff members are always making enquiries (pretending to be students) which results in you continuously wasting your time. On 5 March 2017 I had to deal with a drunk Japanese student (user Cocomoco), who kept reciting profanities and ranting about Western cultures, and no action was taken by Cafetalk.
As a teacher, you'll be paying them a 40% commission out of your income for the little number of students you are able to get.
