Absolutely useless staff members. When you have some sort of issues with students, these guys are hopeless at providing solutions. Rude, unpleasant and unsympathetic to deal with. Another irritable thing is that Cafetalk staff members are always making enquiries (pretending to be students) which results in you continuously wasting your time. On 5 March 2017 I had to deal with a drunk Japanese student (user Cocomoco), who kept reciting profanities and ranting about Western cultures, and no action was taken by Cafetalk.
