I really enjoyed Cafe Le Monde. We had dinner there once, lunch twice and morning caffeination there every morning for a week.

It's kiddie friendly (sorry), with decent menu options for picky eaters.

For grown-ups, the menu was also top drawer, with lots of low-carb but meaty salad options. The duck fat chips were also great, for those on a cheat day. Burgers are a specialty.

Drinks: a few very good beers on tap; wine list a bit short, but that's coming from South Australia; coffee pretty decent.

The service was universally friendly and relaxed. The staff were a credit to the establishment, every one.

My favourite spot in Noosa.

Waited 15 minutes for a cocktail then went to the bar to see what the delay was (bar was empty). The hadn t received the order/docket. So I reordered. Received the cocktail and pretty sure it was missing anything but a whiff of Cointreau. Took it back to the bar and issue was ignored. No apology no offer to replace or remake. No offer of free drink. My wife had a cocktail that was good

Horrible experience. The staff don't even apologise for forgetting to serve us. We waited for 30 mins after ordering drinks and food and did not even get the cutlery on the table after ordering. Most terribly serviced food place in Noosaville.

Food was great, went on a Thursday night for happy hour food followed with oysters and cocktails . Service was mediocre at best- server was inattentive, seemed annoyed at doing her job serving and not welcoming at all.

Walked in for dinner on a Tuesday night and had a whole Hickory Chicken for two that was on special, including 2 glasses of wine for a total of $69. The meal was absolutely great, the service was professional, all in all we had a great experience, we're going back tonight for the seafood special. No need to book in quiet period, but a must during school holidays.

Went for breakfast this morning and the over all service was good and everyone polite. Then the male older waiter brought out a couple of wrong dishes even though the first juice drinks were correc. He has rude and un professional in his approach to the woman at the table. I went a had a word to him and his said he was busy, which wants the case and no excuse. He then came back to the table and was polite at the table. This is just not acceptable in any busy as well as the hospitality industry.
Food and drinks were nice.
I have no intention of going there again. Plenty of nice Cafe on Hastings St. Such a shame as I'm up here every weekend.

We stopped here for a quick coffee after a swim. There was plenty of seating, and it's a great spot to sit and do some people watching. I had a chai tea with coconut milk which I enjoyed. They didn't have a wide selection of "counter food" other than a few muffins (maybe really busy being Easter weekend).

Was expecting typical below average tourist type beach side cafe food but was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and the staff were great. We had the prawn linguini, crunchy squid, duck fat fries, a side of wagyu beef and 2 of those coconut dairy free smoothies (1 banana, and 1 mango). Everything was very enjoyable. The banana coconut smoothie thing was amazing and reminded me of the ones my mum use to make me as a kid, can't even taste the coconut and it tasted just like the ones I use to have with real milk. WIll definitely be returning here.

This is the worst cafe I have been to in Noosa! When we arrived we weren't given a menu for our child, so we had to wait for one. After we ordered our food another waitress came up and asked me what we had just ordered. I said I was having a breakfast bowl but I couldn't remember what my husband was having. She came back with some knives and forks and said she would sort it out later. Our food came and I needed a spoon but I had to get my own as no one was around. I just felt like we had too many waiters/waitresses serving us at once and no one knew what work the others had done, which made us feel like we had been forgotten. The food was okay but my daughter's pancakes were way too sweet. Wouldn't bother going back there again.

This was a great place for lunch when it wasn't too busy. However when we went for dinner the staff kept hurrying us to finish so they could give our table to people waiting even though we had only been there a short time - we were asked 3 times in 5 minutes if we had finished. We felt incredibly stressed and it it took all the enjoyment out of our dinner .

Was there for lunch. The Le Monde burger was excellent, fries are the best I've had, the beet salad was delicious and certainly not just to decorate the plate. Great vibe and atmosphere. Been here twice now, would definitely come back.

Breezy and light, friendly service and a good breakfast menu. Despite the fancy name, it was down to earth, and very enjoyable. We had banana bread which was far better than average. High chairs available if you need them! Would recommend as a choice on Hastings.

Do not order the oysters. Very small oysters, not shucked well (bits of sharp shell and sand) and overpriced. Better oysters just up the road.
Very slow service. Food was good and atmosphere ok but the service was pretty average. The 'Head' waitress (assumed due to attitude and age) was rather indifferent towards us being there at all. The young girl that took our order was lovely but missed an item when ordering, and took drinks orders but then returned to the table twice to advise our selections were unavailable.
$150 for a dinner special for two adults and kids meal (fish and chips), better value and service for money in Noosa.

Amazing relaxed environment. Wonderful food reasonably priced. Good fast friendly service. We need this place in Brisbane! I would recommend the Soba noodle salad with sashimi but watch out - the kimchi is good and spicy!

Very poor waitlist process. Said they would message. None received. They rang wrong number, cancelled our spot. No apologies at all when we enquired why we had not heard. So after waiting 50 minutes and still no table we went elsewhere.

Very rude staff. Just wanted a coffee ; coffee counter closed and board mentions please order coffee from inside. I went in at cash counter and one of the waitress came and told quite rudely we are closed esp for take away coffee. I humbly mentioned to put an appropriate board but she fumed instead and became more rude .
I think staff should be adequately trained to be humble with customers .

On Christmas Eve I rolled a massive spliff and proceeded to order the Salmon dish. This is my story. Myself and three friends spent our festive eve stoned at Cafe Le Monde and were blown away with our experience. Two of us had the Salmon main with Quinoa and Edemame, another had the prawns with house made linguini, and the last had the pork chop with mash potato.

Our mini group orgasm post feed left us wanting more. Yes, we proceeded to order dessert... An affogato and Pavlova.

Cafe Le Monde was definitely one of the best dining experiences that we have had the pleasure of sharing together.

Definitely worth rolling another and going again.

We came for the lamb special we saw on the website. The special no longer comes with a side salad, however when we questioned the wait staff they brought us a salad complementary. Overall delicious meal and brilliant service!! Thank you.

Came here for breakfast and dinner during our stay. Although the place was busy the staff were helpful and attentive. The food we had both times was excellent. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips. It was a huge portion and both the fish and the homemade chips were delicious. The breakfast was also good, although we ran out of time, but the staff kindly packed up our food in take away containers. Definitely worth a visit!

Great Location and fixtures. Food was descent but overpriced for what it was. In saying that I understand most venues on Hastings street are like that it is the location. However one would expect when price structure is such, the overall experience to be reflected with pricing. Staff are certainly friendly but inexperienced and service was below average. Staff concentrate far too much on overselling rather than listening to customer needs. I was personally disappointed with the experience and did not feel value for money. I won't recommend this venue to anyone and the contrary would recommend to spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Came here between 4 to 5pm and ordered the chicken wings and burger priced at $10 each. Total bill was $20. The burger was nothing short of ordinary as it was literally just a meat paddy with a slice of cheese and a bunch of soggy onions. The chicken wings were not bad but for $10 we expected either the taste or the quantity to be more than what you could get from KFC.

Overall ok place for oysters on Thursday, stay away from the special menu. If you're feeling for a burger then Bettys Burger a much better burger for the same price tag of $10.
