Silver legacy is my favorite place to stay when i come to Reno. Quick friendly check in, all of the employees are always happy and helpful!! Great service in the restaurants and casino. My room was beautiful and clean.Super nice housekeepers With a great view of both the mountians and everything Reno has to offer.

Clean rooms at a affordable price. Service was great. Stayed here instead of in the Tahoe lake area because it was more affordable to drive an hour there and back then stay in the Tahoe area.
Good breakfast. Parking situation was not clear but ended up being free.
Nice hotel and staff. Only disappointment is that Ruth Chris is replacing Sterlings.
Silver Legacy is a great place to have fun in. Every Saturday the Silver Baron Lounge has live music playing, low cost drinks.
Visited the nail salon. Very overpriced. Charged $5 to remove no chip polish. $65 for a no chip manicure by the time I was done. There wasn't much of a color selection.
Not told the pool was down and had been under repairs for some tine.we would not of stayed. Food issues everywhere. Rooms not stalked
I went there during Veterans day. They offer free dining to vets. I did the buffet. It is always good.
The staff are all very nice and friendly and very helpful! I've received a great service here they have a lot of great restaurants that serves AWESOMES foods and their prices are not bad either! They also have pool andspa!

Very nicely remodeled. Spa suite is a soaking tub not a jetted tub. Nice view of city, pretty at night. Room was large which was very nice as I'm in a wheelchair. No grab bars in bathroom or soaking tub. I mention this as I told them I was handicapp and they told me they dont really have handicapp rooms after the fact.
Covid issues are frustrating for wheelchairs as you can go out all entrances but not in. I think they need to use signage to point to where the in entrance is located during this time. Most restaurants were closed which I expected. Brew brothers was the best option for food in hotel. We had fish and chips and a ceasa salad the 1st night and second night pizza and giant pretzel. It was all good and service was good.
The cafe was fine for breakfast but lunch / dinner food was not very good.We had nachos that said ground beef or chicken, I asked for chicken and received beef which was a shreede beef in greasy sauce. Not ground beef. Hubby had pot stickers which was ok but there dipping sauce is pure soy sauce, yuck. We also had egg rolls , yuck and spicy chicken wings which were very good.
The casino was ok except machines are not paying out, I played 250$ and never won more that 3$ at various slots. Never saw anyone win more than 30$ in 4 days.
Overall, I liked staying in row.
Enjoyed going to a antique shop a few blocks away. There was a thai food next door that looked promising but didnt try, wish I did though.
Service was great. Always love visiting the casino and restaurants.

The room was checked into at 8pm. Giving you plenty of time to clean and change the sheets. Yet upon entering the $150 room the lights were on, there was trash in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was tousled as if entering the wrong room and at any moment another guest was going to walk in. Along with a note previously left that read old key . I m not sure if the lack of professionalism that was received is something normal for your company but along with the completely unacceptable appearance of the room the front desk receptionist picked up the phone unknowingly and was mid personal conversation with another employee which just adds onto the lack of training being given here. I let her know that the room needed to be thoroughly cleaned and someone was sent up to do what should have been done prior to check in. There is also an ash tray on the night stand and burnt inscent in the trash which makes no sense considering being told it s a nonsmoking room. This stay is a complete and utter disappointment. Will not ever return or recommend. You should really work harder to atleast give paying guests the respect and decency of a clean and comfortable place to rest considering the price being paid. And if you absolutely have to stay at this hotel DO NOT expect a five star experience.
Attendant was horrible didn't answer any of my questions and was not polite. I couldn't understand her English and she didn't understand my questions, don't know why this casino would put her in that position.
Small casino, low ceilings don't help the smokiness but overall okay. I would go back but can't speak to the rooms as we came here for drinks. Sports room is actually roomy and has plenty of TVs.
The security at the lobby thought i was a heroin dealer when i said i was going to my parents room to pick up my kids. I dont even smoke weed or cigarettes.

Confusing layout. Some wild people. I didn't stay overnight, just came to meet and eat but seating and talking accommodations were fair. Smoke everywhere was bothersome. A little crowded for my taste.
They have some cool bars and a lot of slot machines.

I called the Silver Legacy today for an entertainment question. I was referred to the promotions desk, and from there I was transferred to the casino host on duty. After being transferred a lady answered the phone by saying hello and I asked if she was the host on duty, to which she snarkly answered I am a host on duty. I continued to ask my question now to the third person I ve been transferred to, only to have her rudely interrupt me mid sentence to say she only works for high rollers well guess what you work in guest service, and that s exactly what I am, a guest! You don t know me from anybody, I ve never been to your casino before, but that doesn t mean I haven t visited plenty others. You could have found a kind way to let me know you couldn t help out with my request. Instead you chose to be rude. I will not be spending my money here as I have not even walked in through the front door and I ve already had a bad experience.

As nice as any in Reno. They have good entertainment which generally is not so late at night. I prefer not to walk around outside after dark. Beautiful tower, looks really nice at night. Think I'm going to try to stay here next time I'm in Reno.
Be aware your room is not guaranteed even if your reservation specifically notes your room type the fine print at the bottom allows the staff to reassign you to a different room type. Deluxe King to two queen beds. At least the room had a view **sarcasm**

Opon arrival my experience was good! The staff was polite and service was nice! But my stay was ruined by me being bitten by bed bugs in my suit, yes i had a suit! The staff took forever to respond to my concern of the bed bugs! I will bever stay at rge silverlegacy again!
Just went to a concert. No issues. Venue (ballroom) was fine.
The rooms are really nice and at a great price. The layout is pretty maze like but it has a sense of creativity and is really pretty. The color schemes are not too overwhelming and it has some pretty good restaurants.
This is strictly about the bar that serves blended drinks out of the icee machines. Do not buy drinks here. They are way over priced even if you do get a souvenir cup. The drinks are way too strong. Couldn't even enjoy the taste. $17 for a souvenir tumbler filled with strawberry daiquiri that tasted like a rubbing alcohol icee with a hint of strawberry. I won't be back again.
I enjoyed my stay at silver legacy. Rooms were priced decent and clean.

Great place to getaway for a quick trip. Rooms are cool, service is good, and the restaurants are a variety. The casino is fun and you have options connected with the Eldorado.
Came here and stayed for the weekend. This was one of the only casinos that had $5 blackjack tables during the day. Will come back again!

Very bad air inside the entire building. If you re a smoker you ll love it here. My room smelled of the magic tumbleweed and they weren t able to get rid of the smell.

Great hotel casino. Staff is friendly and they are also conected with El Dorado and Circus Circus, so you get the best of three worlds. The food in the many restaurants is very tasty.
Spent the day with kids bowling, playing laser tag, watching a movie, etc. Hours of fun to be bad.
We stayed in one of the tower rooms. Very nice. Great view of the valley. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Didn't win at the casino, though.
The place is beautiful lots of new machines and the ballrooms are very nice with an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Just went by to eat and gamble. Far better expetiences than where I was staying (Harrahs's). Casino upkeep over the years is excellent, game selection is excellent, special events are still available for guests, and personelle are friendly. Only thing I would suggest is how quickly waitresses visit the gaming area. Was there 2 hrs gambling and never was asked if I needed anything.

Great time busy new year's eve short notice got me a room had a few mix ups with a smoke alarm in middle of night and close to elevator was kind of loud but like I said short notice and new year's eve other than that had a decent stay good casino and staff
Dirty room (beer bottle caps behind the TV, yellow stained shower curtain.) otherwise not terrible- staff is friendly and accommodating.
It's a decent place to stay. Make sure to pack your shower cap, not provided. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There's no safe to lock valuables in the room.
This was me and my wife's first time in Reno and we spent two nights and three days at the silver legacy resort and casino. We didn't hit it big but we had a great time. The all u can eat buffet are the best. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. We'll be back on our next trip to Reno.
The personal always seems very knowledgeable and nice especially at the sports bar and bloody mary bar.
Elevator fron self parking level 3 to lobby are rediculus... we used the stairs and drug are heavy luggage behind...
Three stars I think is more than reasonable. The accommodations were to be nice, but, to be honest expectations were lack there of. Where do I begin ? Hotel workers have attitude problems, not that they were rude, but, definitely not personable. With this supposedly the "premier" spot downtown amenities were just a 'blah'. Rooms were dirty, shower faucet was worse than any college that I've lived. Spots were on the ceiling. Glasses for drinking, have smudges and smears all over them thus, requiring to drink out of the ice bucket. Food is surprisingly good and that's the only compliment that I can give. Just as expected, the Pepp' or the GSR are the posh spots to stay in this Town. Still waiting for that premier spot to stay downtown.

I loved that they played all my favorite Taylor Swift songs and a whole bunch of other songs I like. I sang to all the songs while I played black jack. The only thing I really hated was all the smoke but I realize there can be nothing done about that.
