The casino and shopping are huge and impressive, but staying at this hotel was less than what it should be.

My husband and I stayed in Las Vegas from 6/2/19-6/6/19. The first three nights were spent at a hotel off the strip and we switched to the Ceasar for our last evening to be on the strip.

When we arrived and entered our Augustus Premium Room (Rm. #5811), it was massive and we were initially very impressed. After the glamor of it's size wore off, we noticed that this room was definitely not worth it's price tag!

As you will see in the pictures, there were many things in need of simple repair.
Several dining room chairs had buttons missing or broken
The couch is terribly broken in and needs refurbishing
A lounge type seat is ripped wide open on it's seam
Wall paper in the bedroom is peeling badly
The electric curtains aren't functioning properly or pressed as they should be (the wrinkled curtains would be easy to forget about if it weren't for everything else)

To top it off there was a hair tie left in out shower from previous guest. This just tells me that the whole place wasn't cleaned properly before us arriving.

When a room cost this much, it should be worth it, and this was way bellow expectations.

It would have been nice to have the use oh part of the fridge and they furnish the coffee pot but they charge for coffee. Water was 7.00 a bottle that u couldn't get cold without ice.

Caesars was fun to game at. The restaurants were good too. I had a bad time at a nearby hotel called treasure island and though it was built in 1993, I hope the treasure island is closed and replaced. I spent on drinks and after spending a waitress revoked my free play $10 when it was a first visit. I really hope they'll close treasure island hotel. It wrecks the entire experience on the strip for new visitors. Caesars is better quality and more fun then treasure island.

This place can get very very crowded when it comes to partying. Had to leave to go to another hotel bcus you have such a hard time walking through a huge crowd. But it's a pretty hotel though. If they can organize all these young crowds to enter for a party it would be helpful and convenient to other people.

If you are going to a convention in Vegas, pray it is not here. Way too much walking. You can stay here for a week and still get lost every day. The shopping is close and the Forum shops center is huge. I also really like their buffet, even for lunch. It is one of the best in Vegas.

They have expensive parking rates and they don't validate. They want you to pay for expensive parking to come in and gamble, playing games that they are statistically guaranteed to make a ton of money on. It's unprecedented greed. You can drop a lot of money at their restaurants and still pay a lot just to park there.

Rooms, casino, shops, food, amenities are really nice. In went there for work conferences and conference rooms are also really nice. My only complaint was the check in speed and service during conference dinners. Other than that best looking and most comfortable hotel I've stayed. Although I cant compare to other higher end hotels since I havent been to any of them yet. I would classify Caesars as Mid - High end

Beautiful is probably the best word to describe this place. I didn't stay at the hotel but this was one of the places my hotel dropped off at. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

I have nothing bad to say about Ceasars. I have never had much luck there but thats just a vegas thing. Its definitely a place to visit atleast once. If it's your first time more than likely you will take a lot of pictures. They stick to the theme of Rome with statues and venetian architecture. Its a bit easy to get turned around in the gambling area aka lost. However that's a good way to find new things. They have excellent restaurants and a cool over all vibe. If and when you decide to leave you are in proximity of other great casinos so it's a pretty good location if you are looking for a place to stay. #GoForIt

Caesars new hotel policy is to check random rooms due to the unfortunate event last year. Regardless if you allow entry they will enter your room weather you are present or not and "check" your room and force their way in saying they need to enter a code on your phone. Total inavsion of privacy. Never staying again!!!!!

While the casino and shared spaces are like any other casino on the strip, we found the front patio spaces to be a refreshing and quiet oasis to stop in for dinner. The absinthe play area and the Cafe Americano in the front outdoor lobby area is a nice spot just away from the frenzy of the strip. Food is excellent and fresh, flavors are well balanced and the staff st the Cafe are super warm and helping!

Nice up-to-date casino. It is family friendly with all different activities. The ventilation is great even though I am very sensitive to cigarette smell this place was clean. The buffet was excellent full of choices

Costliest and the most inconvenient hotel I stayed -
I wanted to give a 4 star hotel experience to my visiting parents; and chose to stay in Caesar's palace. One night stay showed why I shouldn't stay there again. 1. Self Parking in not free 2. They don't provide a refrigerator to store your medicines. 3. Their mini bar has sensor all over and you will end up paying $75 to check out what is in there. And there aren't any obvious cautioning message about it.

Practically it will take 15-20 mins to walk from your room to outside the hotel. The Travelodge on the strip is way cheaper and convenient.

Worst hotel stayed throughout my whole USA trip. Overpriced, lousy service. Money will be better spent elsewhere (Probably at a cheaper price) Wrote a complaint letter to them and received no response after 2 weeks.

I did not stay here. I went to the Bacchanal buffet and it was really good with a ton of options. Then spent time walking around the shops and it was very nice to not be in a casino area. I did not gamble while I was there but it looked like it was easy to redeem coupons and get money.

Wifi is not free in the rooms, two devices is almost 15 dollars for 24 hours. However it's free in the casino and other areas. There are many resturants and smaller shops inside ceasars palace including a mall. Everything cost an arm and a leg, but that is true for vegas in general. The rooms are good. It's not far to a abc store where you can buy water, beer and snacks. But once again not to have free wifi is strange to say the least....

Beautiful resort with a great shopping mall and beautiful pool area. Their machines are very tight so dont waste your time there. Their club Omnia is the worse managed club in vegas for general admission. Seriously dont go unless you can afford a VIP table.

Review does not include of the rooms. Casino was quite warm to spend any length of time. Mr. Chow dining spot was not flexible in accommodating special diets when part of a larger group so many in our party had very few options for dinner. Wait staff however were excellent.

Was one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. Wifi was limited to two devices which I think is rediculous. Our bathroom ceiling started leaking the one night. Obviously not the hotels fault, but the staff was there within about 10 minutes for clean up and new towels.

The pool area was nice.

Probably broke even at the slots. Would have like some cheaper tables. Opted for a nicer hotel, but the games were a bit expensive for my taste.

Would absolutely come back here.

Amazing hotel, experience . Amazing everything. We just came back from Vegas and staying at this beautiful hotel. Service, amenities, food options, pool, bars, views were unique. We couldn t stop taking videos and pictures. There s great shops inside and you can find anything u want. From top designers to local designers. Loved everything about this place and Vegas was a good getaway.

Love this place, super clean and has the best service. I have stayed here twice and enjoyed all off it. Only thing I had an issue with is my rooms were comped but they charged my credit card. Obviously I got it fixed but it was a hassle. They second issue I wanted to point out is my friends straight up and down drivers license and paper copy wasn t excepted so we constantly had to call a manager or pit boss. It was so annoying. She just turned 21 and that s why we brought to forms of identification but they still gave her a hard time.

Caesars Palace was a great place to stay. Everything you could ask for and great service all around. The only complaint that I had was the valet parking cost $30. This is something you should consider before using. I had no choice because I am currently in a wheelchair but you could find a cheaper valet somewherw else very close, just drop offyour bags at the bell desk then go park and walk back check in and have bags brought up. The room was awesome, on the strip jacuzzi tub and plenty of room. We upgraded from the Rio hotel and Caesars management was more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Ceasars!

Just walked through. Very nice and fancy casino and mall. Only problem (as with most shopping areas in Vegas) is that the majority of the stores are overpriced high end purse, shoe and fashion stores. Not anywhere I would shop.

Did stay here but I did walk around the mall. Loved the fountains and "streetosphere." Came across one fountain that I did not realize was going to put on a show. Animatronics pop up and act out the "Fall of Atlantis."

I generally don't like casino hotels because I hate walking through smoke to get to my room. I also don't care for the hawkers in the shops, which made me feel like I was on the boardwalk in New Jersey. But the room was great! Extra large, with a comfortable seating area, large desk, two closets. The bathroom had a jetted tub and separate shower, double sinks and a separate room for the toilet. So once you get to the room, you'll love it.

The interior and exterior of the hotel we're gorgeous. The pool area was absolutely stunning. The casino floor and lobby areas were clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot.

Caesars Palace certainly does everything they can to see that visitors enjoyed there stay. I upgraded to a suite with a view and was very satisfied.
The place has gotten a lot bigger than I last recalled. I'm looking forward to returning to walk through all the forums.
