Meh, not what it used to be at its former address. It's simply the Brick hotel turned into a Sofitel, and it lacks sofistication and good taste. The art there displayed is always hideous. The service is good, but, truthfully, I expected more.
(towels are low quality, minibar fridges don't work, decoration and amenities are poor and so on and so forth...).

I went to a convention to study in Australia. Of course it is a 5 star hotel. Friendly welcome, impeccable place and good taste.

We went for a work event, so I did not stay there, but both the reception, the lounge and the catering that they offered us were first class.

The hotel maintains an old style. One of the nights a bat came to my room and they did not compensate me with anything, it is more they told me that sometimes it happened. A shame. To check out I took more than 45 minutes because there was only one person in reception. I would not go back

I attended during an event of Anama Models. The place is luxurious, very nice and all its staff was friendly and very well disposed. I do not remember having seen on the front of the building, any sign that contains the name of the company. It is right in front of the Patio Bulrich shopping.

Everything has been perfect. The professionalism of the staff, their friendliness, the setting of the hotel (sumptuous) the quality of the services of the room etc ..... One small downside however, the quality of the catering is not commensurate with the establishment, therefore to be improved.

We booked this hotel because it was recommended by Princess Cruises as we departed from our 14 day cruise around Cape Horn

We were delivered to the hotel by the cruise line and dropped off where we proceeded to wait for several hours until a room was ready

Fortunately Patio Bullrich mall was directly across the street where you can shop safely in stores such as Louis Vuitton and other high end stores

We walked the area where we felt extremely safe. Ate one night at the Hyatt restaurant and was kind of in the center of it all

I would probably stay here again but I also may have picked the Hyatt. Still this was a nice hotel

Beautiful atmosphere, great wine proposal, excellent service, delicious everything.

We stayed only for the last night in BA. Our rooms we spacious and well appointed. However, the restaurant did not leave an impression, all 4 of our dishes were somewhat bland and not interesting. Plus ridiculously overpriced wine list. But I need to make mention of an excellent service at the bar for the pre dinner cocktails!

Great accommodations. Outstanding location. Service was attentive.

This hotel is beautiful. I would recommend visiting the back patio if it's a nice sunny day. I had a good time with my gf just sitting back there and playing chess. There is also a mall directly across the street, but it's pricey. Still a fun place to go to if you just want to window shop. You are also walking distance from a ton of cafes and restaurants here too. I would recommend walking, the city is very nice.
