I had a skin issue and could not find any help in the NHS. I contacted Cadogan Clinic, was seen almost immediately by Dr Mayou, who was able to address my problem straight away. She was very professional and highly knowledgeable. I also found the booking and reception staff friendly, helpful and, most importantly, discreet. Highly recommended!

Like a modern day Midas, everything Dr Maryam Zamani lays her soft feminine hands on turns to pure gold. Maybe it's because she has a caring heart as large as a Lion or that her vision, like a hawk is so strong it pulls inside beauty out. She is a miracle worker, a heavenly saint and I'm feel fortunate to call her my doctor.

I've visited Dr Maryam for numerous treatments and each time she over exceeds all of my expectations. However the last time I had the pleasure of seeing her she blew me away.

I'm half Indian and although I've been blessed with thick hair and a year round tan, I was cursed with a beaked nose, which I'd broken twice leaving a large bump.
Seven years ago I had a rhinoplasty and although I was pleased that the bumps had gone, the top was dipped which made the tip appear prominent and hooked still.

In fear that a second rhinoplasty would take it too far the other way, I learnt to live with it but after hearing about non-surgical rhinoplasties I immediately thought it could give my beak the tweak it needed!

During my appointment Dr Maryam held a professional consultation which assured me that I was made the right chose of treatment.

The results from my non-surgical rhinoplasty were effective immediately and are outstanding. I am astonished by the fact that last week I had a beak and today I have a perfectly proportioned nose, without the painful and long downtime of a surgical rhinoplasty!

Two people have since stopped me in the street to say how pretty I am (cringe and blush). Now, it may be coincidental, it may be that I'm walking with more confidence or they may just be weird, but I put it down to Dr Maryam and her golden touch.

I'm over the moon. I was so impressed with the service at the Cadogan clinic. The staff were amazing and the results and treatment went above and beyond my expectations. Ellie took care of me she was there to answer all questions that I had, she treated me like a friend as well as a patient and made me feel so comfortable and it was really reassuring to know she was there any time I had a question or needed advice, that made such a difference to my experience and I was so grateful to have her around she was SO LOVELY. My surgeon Naveen Cavale did such an amazing job, he was really thorough and professional, he knew exactly what to do and he helped me to pick the perfect size for my implants and did exactly what I hoped for the rhinoplasty. After my consultation with him I came out feeling so confident that I wasn't even nervous before the surgery. He was really friendly, understanding and attentive to my requests, literally nailed the look I want and it looks so natural I still can't believe it. I honestly couldn't fault the experience in any way and I'm so happy and impressed with the results and the staff at the clinic. I would DEFINITELY recommend them the service was impeccable.

Called twice to book my appointment and got told twice they d call me back. For how much they charge I m surprised they can t afford competent receptionists that are able to simply book an appointment.

So upset by the service I received. I booked this place for a consultation as it looked very professional and the way I was treated was disgraceful. I was completely ripped off. Could not discourage going here enough.

I could not recommend the Cadogan Clinic more highly. I couldn't have asked for more from start to finish. Every person that I was in contact with was not only fantastic at their jobs but also wonderful people.

My procedure was with Dr Atherton who lead a fantastic consultation and at 4 weeks later I am already over the moon with my results!

I experienced no pain, and minimal discomfort in the following weeks of the procedure - taking the cast off was a little bit painful but again the nurse was just fantastic and made it overall an extremely positive experience.

Amazing staff in a beautiful clinic! I had my laser tattoo removal done here and the treatment was impeccable. I felt safe and well informed from the beginning. I will definitely be returning for more treatments here and I would highly recommend!

I had my consultations with Dr Gately he was super helpful. He took plenty of time to ensure I fully understood everything. I would highly recommend him. In the end Dr Gately advised me not to take the surgery in giving his honest professional opinion for which I am very appreciative.

I had a wonderful treatment at the Cadogan Clinic with Safae, she is super friendly and I was taken great care of. I am pleased with my results!

Excellent service - efficient and discreet. It is frankly amazing how rejuvenating the treatments are.

Face lift with Tunc Tiryaki at the Cadogan
Although Dr Tiryaki did a good job it was not without problems
because he is not permanently in the Uk and has a Practice in Istanbul it made things more problematic

no notes where left when to take the stitches and staples out,

when the stitches and staples where taken out by the nurse she managed to unpick the scab and I ended up with a open wound through the night there was blood everywhere, I called the on call but no answer
that had to be re -done with another plastic surgeon because Dr Tiryaki was not in the county



twice I needed the out of hours (but to no avail )

Be Aware they are only there to give advice there is nothing they can do (that's if they Answer at all )

because they have no overnight facility and everything is done as a day case operation like face lifts

I would most certainly not have it done there again.
I think its very important just for observation and your own peace of mind that you are in a place you can spend one night just incase something does go wrong.

I was in a panic the first night Because I had a reaction to the eye gel that was put into my eyes during the operation

Also I was never told about the drains into the back of my neck to collect the blood this made me panic and the staples made my sleep so uncomfortable until 12 days later when they came out

I also feel the recovery and the extent of swelling and numbness and things that really can go wrong is very underplayed at the consultation, 1 month later I cannot feel my ears or all the tissue around it , I was told this will take 3 months
if I really knew how traumatic it was at the beginning would I have still gone ahead with it

The facilities are very clean very modern but very cramped -no private rooms

I had a septo rhinoplasty performed by dr Atherton and was very pleased with the procedure and all round treatment. He really took the time to listen and I m very happy with the results. Everyone that cared for me During and after the procedure were wonderful

I am a patient of Mr Sadideen, seeing him for corrective treatment after being over-filled by a practitioner based elsewhere (not at the Cadogan). He, and all the staff at the Cadogan, have been absolutely wonderful and I am extremely happy with both the results and ongoing care. The clinic is always immaculately clean and all the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been to a number of private clinics in London, and the Cadogan consistently delivers the highest standard of treatment and service I have experienced anywhere.

Went there twice for a treatment and both times they said there was a mistake in the booking and that I wouldn t be able to see any doctor or do the treatment. Don t go there if you don t want to waste your time

I went to see Dr Nazir for a consultation, he explained everything in depth, and made me feel more confident about the procedure I was going for, he was just nice to talk to. Before I left, I spoke to Louise (manager), who made me feel more at ease and happy. The staff there are just so polite.

I m writing this with regret that I have flown to the U.K with the intention of booking a breast augmentation with doctor Olivier Brandford. I m so disappointed that I have to now cancel this due to my concerns about the news article published today. I m shocked such a reputable clinic allowed this to happen. Not happy.

Absolutely would not recommend The Cadogan Clinic which is a real shame on the Doctors that work here.

It's impossible to get an answer from anyone over the phone or email. The Doctor's are great and when you get in there, they give a great service and have excellent knowledge. The time they spend trying to help you then goes to waste by the reception and logistics team. I spent a huge amount of money on appointments and ended up missing gaps in my treatment due to disorganised operations teams.

If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Very poor service. The clinic contacted me 24 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel. I explained that I had made childcare arrangments and I was already travelling the 6 hour car journey to London. Totally unprofessional.

Fantastic !! I had my surgery in cadogan clinic three months ago; dr Naveen cavale was amazing!! I m very happy with my results and I highly recommed !! All I can say is:professional!! Lovely staff,my appoiment always in time . A big thank you to dr Naveen cavale ; my breast surgery is just perfect!

The specialist was excellent in terms of explanation and treatment.She was extremely professional and polite. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment.I am extremely happy and would recommend and go again.

My only comment would be reception may need a little tweaking..

Dr Catherine Borysiewicz is the best dermatologist I have ever seen, and has incredible expertise to help her patients. She has been amazing for our son, and is a huge asset to the Cadogan Clinic

Dr Maryam Zamani pretends to listen, but never really listens to what your concerns are. She assumes that she knows what you're talking about, but doesn't really give you the time to explain fully what your concerns are. I've had to go back several times for her to correct things that even I could see were done wrong the first time around. Doesn't explain what the hell the aftercare of your treatment is, so you have to go to google to figure it out yourself. Also has weird working hours so a lot of the time you have to wait a full month to see her if you have a full time job and can't randomly leave work at 12pm to see her. Too bad.

Very professional. Went out of their way to be helpful and offer good service. So happy with the results - thank you Cadogan Clinic!

This is a totally incompetent clinic. The consultants are probably fine if you can get that far but the reception and PA's are hopeless. Don't go there. Wish I could remove this star

Over the past few years I have seen Safae and Sarah at the clinic for my aesthetic treatments, I cannot recommend either of them enough. If you are considering laser hair removal, definitely book yourself in. After the first session I could see results and after going back every six weeks my treatment is complete and I could not be happier! My only problem is that I wish i started the treatment sooner! I have also had a peel with Sarah which left my skin refreshed and super smooth!

I was absolutely delighted with my results from the Cadogan Clinic. I was looking for very natural alterations and enhancements to my face. It can be difficult to source a clinic and a doctor that have the ability to make subtle changes but Dr Libbie at the Cadogan Clinic is an absolute perfectionist and listened very carefully to my request (as well as offering her professional advice) to give me results that I am extremely happy with. Most people haven't noticed what it is that I have had done but are simply commenting on how well I look. This is exactly what I was looking for!

The service and aftercare at the Cadogan Clinic is fantastic. Staff are friendly and Dr Libbie was very good at managing my expectations as to what could be achieved. I am much more confident in myself and the procedures have exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Cadogan Clinic and Dr Libbie.

Amazing Clinic with the loveliest of staff. Dr Sheth is incredible and so personable along with HCA Leanne who is extremely attentive and takes care of all your needs. Very relaxing environment - Dr Granite is also incredible. highly recommend this clinic.

V disappointing to see a number of 5* reviews here are from EMPLOYEES OF THE CLINIC (Justine Harvey, Breshna Hemati, Sara Akhtar...).

My experience with the clinic was v poor. The doctor was decent but she has been totally let down by the team around her. Receptionists are exceptionally rude. Calls go unanswered. My medical treatment was totally disrupted due to incompetency of the administrative team.

Here's my experience:

-> 1st virtual consultation went well. I received a diagnosis and plan for treatment. Good start and I felt reassured the expense of the treatment would be worthwhile!

-> However, we then had to have a 2nd virtual (and expensive) appointment purely for administrative purposes to be given the prescription (not sure why this couldn't be done during the 1st appointment).

-> The clinic then failed to inform us that this prescription was ready. It was only when we received a call from a random pharmacy that we had any idea the medication was ready and how it would be delivered.

-> The clinic staff were then totally unresponsive when we tried to book a 3rd appointment (as the doctor had requested). When we eventually made contact, they only had appointments so far into the future that my initial prescription would run out on the same day. This didn't give us enough time to get the next set of medication, and would mean a break in my treatment, which is meant to be continuous.

-> Following our 3rd appointment, the clinic staff continued to be totally unresponsive and we had no idea how to get the prescription. After 3 days I eventually spoke to a receptionist who said the prescription had been posted to the pharmacy, but when I spoke to the pharmacy they hadn't receive it!

-> After multiple hours trying to call the clinic and act as the messenger between them and the pharmacy, the prescription was ready. In the end it took over 4 days for me to receive the medication meaning my treatment is back at square one.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

The staff are friendly & professional from start to finish. After my consultation my surgery appointment was quickly arranged. I was seen by Mr Van Niekerk who s expertise and knowledge is fantastic.

I highly recommend Cadogan clinic and will be using them for any future procedures.

I have so many good things to say about Mr Branford, that I do not know where to start.
He is so passionate about his work, he loves what he does.
His knowledge goes above and beyond everything, he has every answer to every question you ask.
After my first consultation with Mr Branford, I actually think he knew more about what I wanted and needed than myself.
After surgery my life has changed, I absolutely love the results and they far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Mr Branford to anyone who is looking to improve their body. To me he is number one in the world.

The staff have been extremely helpful & friendly.

My initial consultation was mid March this year.
My surgery had to be arranged very last minute as I could not confirm the go ahead until mid May, but the consultant that I saw initially was due to start his new fellowship elsewhere on the dates that I could do. Due to personal circumstances it was a case of now or never for me to have surgery & I had a very tight recovery window.
My Surgical Patient Advisor Carolinn Frisk went above & beyond to ensure that surgery could still take place for me in the tight time frame that I had. She was in constant contact with me updating me on each step. All of this on top of her due to have her baby the following week!!
With less than 2 weeks to go, I was allocated a new consultant, Mr W. Van Nierkerk, who was very happy to see me & squeeze me into his tight surgery timetable.
Surgery took place 9 days later.
The day of surgery, I was nervous, but the staff I met were again extremely friendly.
Sabina, the Tissue Viability Nurse was especially friendly & welcoming.
I have since surgery had a follow up with Sabina, but then a few days later had query/slight complication. No hesitation was made in offering me an appointment for the same day where I was seen by both Sabina & Mr Van Niekerk, who very quickly sorted me out.

I still have follow ups to go but I can honestly say, I have been immensely happy with the service that I have received so far & would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to undergo surgery.

I saw Dr Mahto for a dermatology consultation and it was a fantastic experience. I've been dealing with bad acne for years and she was such a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgable, patient, and caring. Worth every penny, I'm so happy I went to see her!

I am delighted with my results! - the nursing staff are second to none and my consultant was fantastic - everything was explained throughout and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to everyone!

I am an overthinker, so I clearly had many thoughts before deciding to have a septoplasty but after years of suffering from a runny nose, sneezing, allergies and breathing with only one nostril (also due to a deviated septum) I decided that it was time to do something about it. I did a lot of research and found the Cadogan Clinic, the amount of help and information I got from my first call with Carolinn, a surgical patient advisor, was incredible. From booking my first appointment to having the surgery, saying it went great and smoothly would be an understatement. Your nose being literally in the middle of your face, you want to choose wisely and I couldn t be happier with the operation, the result and the support I had from my nose surgeon Mr Atherton. I know I will sound cheesy but he changed my life, my breathing is so much better (you never know how bad it is until you have the op) and the fact that my nose is back in the middle of my face with a cute tip is a beautiful bonus. I will always be grateful to the clinic, amazing surgeon and team.

I work with 3 surgeons at Cadogan Clinic, it is by far the best clinical environment I have ever worked in. The calibre of Consultant is next to none and I would happily be a patient here myself. It is a wonderful atmosphere to walk into everyday and as a patient all mentioned will be apparent as soon as you walk through the doors.

For a high end clinic they offer low end service. Trying to get an appointment - even as an existing client of 10 years plus - is next to impossible. It's not availability that's the issue - it's their shoddy admin team. There are plenty of options available in London. Use them.

What a horrendous experience. Completely incompetent staff at the reception. Asked to speak with a manager a number of times but no one ever called me back. I went to see a couple of consultants there and they were very professional but everything else was a disaster. Due to lack of interest from the management side I won t be using this clinic again.

I had surgery at the Cadogan Clinic early this year, I met with Mr Oly Brandford who decided to go ahead and have surgery with.

The entire experience was excellent and it was exactly how I imagined. From the moment of booking, visiting for the first time, meeting the consultant and confirming procedure, I knew I made the right choice. All staff from booking, reception to nurses and doctors were so welcoming and comforting: the after care was also very good and I am over all very pleased and satisfied with the service.

Fantastic service. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly creating a relaxed environment, ideal for a nervous patient. Definitely recommend them.

Due to Covid-19 there were safety measures in place and even with these all the staff made me feel welcome.
Mark explained the procedure in such a simple way for me to understand and explained the possible risks.
I am now excited to book my Rhinoplasty.

Absolutely terrible I feel cheated out of 250 pounds. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early only to receive a rushed consult that started 10 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled! Once in the consult, I was told I could only address one of my two skin concerns since there wasn't enough time? So disappointed with the service I received especially for that cost.

Wow! Just seen the amazing Mr Hazim Sadideen! I'm no novice to fillers and botox but I've just had the most refreshing treatment! Subtle little drops of filler injected into my cheeks has given my droopy lower face a beautiful lift and smoothed out those nose to mouth lines. Every step of the way he explained exactly what he was doing, what I was feeling at the point of injection which was exactly how it felt! Even though I've been having these treatments for years this made me feel in such safe hands and his confidence in his technique is very reassuring and his results are so impressive! You can do miracles! I am loving my new natural looking pout too! Why haven't I seen you sooner! Thank you so much for looking after my skin! Your an incredible aesthetics Doctor!

A relative is a regular and sings their praises daily. I've been once and it's the real deal.

I had the worst experience with Anjali Mahto. Don't book with her, very unprofessional and treats her patients very badly. I had an appointment with her (unfortunately) and even cancel important work meeting to see her. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment and they left me waiting around 20 minutes after the time of my appointment to let me know they had given my slot to someone else and that Anjali was not going to see me. She didn't had the courtesy to tell me herself and apologise for the inconvenience, very rude and unprofessional specially given the amount of money she asks for. After that, I didn't even got a call from the clinic to rebook my appointment or to apologise for what happened. If you don't want to waste your time DON'T BOOK WITH HER, and go for Dra. Mayou who is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more profesional and senior.

They cancelled twice on same day of appointments that had been booked a month in advance.

My personal story as a client of the Cadogan Clinic: I wanted a small correction on my nose and met Dr. Amar four years ago which was the worst decision of my life.
We discussed and agreed on having a minor adjustment on the tip of my nose, which already looked beautiful, but it simply a minor imperfection. We booked the surgery two weeks after the meeting, which resulted in him completely butchering my nose and going outside of the remit we discussed.

Going to the Cadogan Clinic will always be my biggest regret in life. AVOID at all cost!

Terrible experience, Dr. Nisith Sheth has no idea how to dissolve filler, he wrongly used Hyaluronidase and actually dissolved my natural skin tissue leaving my skin much much worse than what I originally looked like- worst dermatology experience and lack of professionalism and experience.

I went to see Mr Olivier Branford for chin fillers (juvederm) as I had never been happy with how my chin looked in photos. I would constantly push my chin down so I looked into finding the most reputable place to go to, as I did not want to take any chances with my face! I found Mr OB on the Cadogan website and was really impressed with his extensive experience and credentials. I booked a consultation and he was so incredibly friendly and really put me at ease. He used just under 1ml and I cannot believe the difference it has made in photos and real life. Mr OB told me it lasts for a year so I will definitely be coming back next summer for a touch up.

I recently had Mole Mapping with Dr Mayou at the Cadogan Clinic. Having grown up in Queensland, Australia (with pale skin), I am very paranoid about skin cancer and moles.
The absolute confidence and professionalism shown by Dr Mayou was incredible. I had several moles that I was concerned about and she immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and reassurance. She really took the time to explain everything in great detail, she was very thorough with her examination and with addressing my concerns. I cannot recommend Dr Mayou highly enough.

It really helped with clearing my skin and brightening my complexion overall. Would highly recommend this facial and would definitely highly recommend Cadogan Clinic for their excellent services.
