As both a board membwer and later as the President of a Miami condominium Association I have worked closely with CADISA for a number of years. During that time I have found them to be concientious, honest, hard working and always performed for the best intersts of the Association. In particular CADISA sorted out serious problems with collections, inherited from a previous managemnt compnay, and instigate a workable system of recovering the debt.

I have worked with the managers at Cadisa for over a decade and can say they have the best interests of their Association client's at heart. They provide personalized service catered to the community, and have seen some communities through catastrophic issues few other management companies have ever experienced.

Very unresponsive with phone calls and emails. When I ask a question it does not get answered and processing the takes weeks instead of a few days. Most of the time the closing date has to get pushed back because this company does not process the documents to the bank on time. Poor service and poorly trained employees. Very unprofessional

I was having difficulty paying my condo association payments online and Jenny quickly assisted me and provided me with the corresponding account login information to ensure I was able to complete the transaction. She was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful - great addition to the team!

Absolutely horrible experience they have an accounting manager named Howard that likes to hang up on clients. Their accounting processes are a nightmare and they take your money from your bank can they tell you they're not receiving it. Company avoids calling back customers and they give him the runaround via email. Since I have no choice, I have to use them. Lucky me.

Jenny has been extremely helpful towards me in my moving process. She is very professional and always responds to my emails promptly. The service has been excellent.

Bad management, they do not managing as they requested, not answering and not responding at all.

I live in Britannia and have never had an issue in 12 years. This past year that Cadisa changed as our Property Management Company has been very disappointing. In addition to the fees going up higher than ever, they are very unresponsive and disorganized. Always request a read receipt with your e-mails and make sure you document information.

Messrs. Howard Sosa and Alejandro Fuentes give very good service. In general the attention is very good. They respond quickly to any request.

A very personalized approached to community associations' management. Carlos and Jackie Diaz-Sampol have a tremendous amount of experience managing common interest realty associations and are great professional individuals. I believe that Cadisa offers a very comprehensive and reasonable package to its clients. As a Certified Public Accountant and audit manager, I would definitely recommend Cadisa as a management company.

McRoberts Protective Agency Inc. has been providing Security Services for Cadisa at a number of their properties since 2005. They have a great management team and structure and I would highly recommend them to manage any property.
