Quite disappointed. Visited about 10 years ago not alot has changed, it was too informative and dated for our liking. 4D cinema was good but only last 5 minutes. Not bad if your local but wouldnt travel especially for this

Great family day out. My 5 year old called it "the best day ever". The kids particularly enjoyed the cadabra ride, the playground, the 4d cinema, the freddo frog show and the intereactive games after viewing the advertising. Good fun, suitable for the whole family (we had a 15 YO, 10 YO and a 5 YO with us). I highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't visited before. This is our 3rd visit and have enjoyed every time.

This place never changes. As much as its enjoyable, I wish there was more "factory" to see. Even if its just mocked up. It would be great to see the machines that make the chocolates in action or the packing bay. We have been today and only seen 1 person physically working with the chocolate. Time for an update Cadbury World.

Wonderful place.. you can learn some history of Cadbury brand. It has taken so long time. Inside place, you can see some processes to make chocolate and eat a cup of chocolate for free!

I asked the kids to rate Cadbury World as I was struggling a little with it. My 5 year old son gave it 4 stars and said he had a great time. If I'm honest I would rate it 3 stars. For an adult it's a bit boring. You do get free going round the building which is packed with history. If you're thinking Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory, they have a long way to go. Some good deals on the sweets in the shop at the end. They also have an outside play area for the kids. This would be better in the summer months.

Haven't been here for years. Was well impressed. All change and highly interactive for kids and adults! My nephew enjoyed it immensely and loved the Freddo hunt! Loads of free chocolates included! We walked away with 9 free bars and that's before we even entered the giant store! Definitely coming back in September when it's quiter! *****

Cadbury world was amazing! We spent All day here! A good 6 hours. Highlights of the day were the chocolate writing and tempering, the 4d chocolate adventure was fantastic, the free chocolate all the way round!! The train ride, tasting and decorating liquid chocolate, there was so much to do here. I took my son for his 4th birthday. The gift shop is really nice, the information and history of chocolate through the decades and the famous adverts all give nostalgia. If we lived nearer god help us!!

Way to large and not much to see, free bits of chocolate, along the journey around the place but the ques were horrendous with waiting times up to an hour, the canteen/caffe were out of 4 things that I asked for. I had a bad experience but it does not mean to say that they are the norm for Cadbury World.

Great place. As a big kid I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Listening to the interactive elements and the history were riveting. Quite literally a fascinating place in the heart of the Midlands.

Excellent day out, filled the whole day easily. The 4d cinema was great and good to see real chocolate being made.
There was enough chocolate given out to make you feel over it by the end, but of course then it drops you straight into a massive Cadbury shop so you have to buy more. Not a problem

Lots of nostalgia, old adverts and long forgotten flavours as well as the beautiful setting of bournville itself.

I remember Cadbury world been amazing when I was younger. However there has been no change in a long time. You can't see a lot of the chocolate production line and majority is video. I feel you don't get the same value for monthly you used to get and getting chocolate at the beginning is just not the same as collecting it on the way round the tour.

It's a little pricey for quite a short tour/walk around (1-1.5 hours), but it's interesting, you get free chocolate, there's a decent young kids play area (outside) and a 4d cinema as part of it too. Could easily kill a little over half a day here, also did I mention there was chocolate.

Party of 3 adults never been to Cadbury World before so wasn't sure what to expect. Was a bit pricey for what you get and see but also very interesting and informative. Staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived just after lunch so it wasn't too busy. I can imagine during the school holidays it will be packed so if you want to avoid the queuing, go early and avoid holidays! We were given a couple of chocolate bars on entry and then another one half way round. You also sample a small pot of melted chocolate and see various processes and chocolates being made. This is not a factory tour. The small cinema shows a short film explaining the Cadbury history. Also a ride which is aimed at children but adults can go on it. There is a gift shop but to be honest, you can buy the chocolate cheaper in supermarkets!! The little village of Bournville is very nice and finding out about the history was interesting. We had a pleasant afternoon.

Really great day out, despite being extremely busy. Only gave 4 stars as due to being so busy we didn't get to see everything as queues were very long, and you are restricted to the entry time you have chosen for main exhibition!

Quite boring and overprice to be honest. I was really looking forward to Cadbury World but I ended up disappointed. First of all you have to pay for a Cadbury carry bag which I would have expected to be included in the price. However I bought it anyway as I expected we would be able to fill the bag with loads of free goodies. Boy was I mistaken! We were given 2 small chocolate bars, that's it! There wasn't even a sampler of old style dark chocolate which a friend had said he got to taste when he went a few years ago. You do get so see Cadbury's history, but its quite boring and there's very little interactivity or chocolate tasting. I would suggest giving this a miss, spend the entry fee on a load of Cadbury chocolate bars at the supermarket instead!
