Very professional accountant but also very kind. We feel that they are there to help us and that feels good especially during this difficult period.
Do not hesitate !

Catastrophic year with this accounting firm. After the idyllic period during our integration as a new client, working with the services of Keobiz / Cabinet-d-expertcomptable.com was a series of failures.

1. Errors and omissions: tax returns not carried out (despite a confirmation claiming the contrary by email) on time, accounting documents delivered with omissions, files to be redone at the last minute without real explanation etc ...

2. Managerial structure and recruitment: You will NOT be accompanied by a real accountant (nor by an accountant for that matter) on a daily basis, but by a person who will have made a jump in the support services of a company before '' be trained on the job, supervised by a Manager - possibly an accountant / lawyer. If your relationship turns sour - which seems to be recurrent among them at the sight of the posted opinions - it is the famous "quality department" which will take over to mop up and buy time for your "mission manager", rather than finding a solution.

3. Support & advice: our questions to our head of mission have not always been answered. We even had this reaction: "you will find the information on the tax website" ... Uh, thank you Captain Obvious! We pay a service to be referred to Google therefore. Lack of pro-activity.

4. Follow-up and solutions: a question, a problem? Don't expect to be called back. Or if you unfortunately miss the one long-awaited call, your mission leader won't insist on getting you. Do not expect mea culpa in the event of a series of errors either, but long email threads. And when you propose a meeting to find solutions, the proposal will go unanswered, even if you insist.

At the end of the mission, our head of mission wrote to us that she only wanted to work by ... "writing" to keep track of each exchange. Confidence atmosphere.

5. Operational: if you have deadlines for rendering accounting documents (such as a closing before the end of the accounting year, for example ...): they will make you understand that there is no point in putting pressure on them. No commitment on a return date. We feel that the organization revolves more around their constraints than yours.

The team only enters or executes the documents you send them each month (invoices, account statements, etc.). The team will speak to you in their own technical jargon without getting down to your level or making sure you are understood.

If there is a problem entering or editing balance sheet documents (in case of error or forgetting for example): they will be blocked by the limits of their software system and it will be up to you to adapt to solve.

5. Other legal services: company opening, closing, publications, declarations of changes etc avoid them too! Because if they offer this service, they remain 2 to 3 times more expensive on this kind of one-off missions than the intervention of a lawyer / lawyer in liberal.

Terrible experience with this firm to which I entrusted the accounting management of a small structure with one person as staff and which has not generated turnover since September 2019.
I was put in contact with one of the firm's sales representatives who managed to convince me to opt for their service which will take care of retrieving my company's accounting file from my former accounting firm.
The former firm had prepared a complete export of my company's accounting file, the Firm-d-expertcomptable with which the accounting mission started in January 2019 did not recover it immediately (on the other hand I was indeed invoiced at all start then monthly).
I informed the Cabinet-d-expertaccountable on my decision to close the company in March 2020, the invoicing of the liquidation / dissolution was made a few days later and it is from there that the real ordeal took place. start. The accountant has asked me to provide the complete file of my company to dissolve it, but the Cabinet-d-expertcomptable is supposed to recover the file itself as it was planned with their sales representative at the very beginning of the contract. and that's what I told them in my return.
A few days later I received a reminder indicating that the closure cannot be done if I do not provide the file, I bounced back telling them that it is up to them to recover it radio silence then they send me a 3rd raise then a 4th etc. while almost ignoring my feedback (the answers to my questions / feedback were extremely rare).
I contacted their quality department to complain, said quality department started working with the project manager to retrieve the accounting file from the old firm, a few days later I was asked again and again for missing documents that I I was for a moment obliged to recover them by myself and provide them to them in order to go quickly and close the company which continues to generate fees (banking service, company domiciliation service).
Finally, my company was supposed to be liquidated in March 2020 (end of the year then dissolution), the balance sheet as well as the liquidation file were only finalized in September 2020! 6 months late for a company without turnover and movements since October 2019 and which has only one person as staff (the president), this delay made me lose almost 500 euros of banking services and business domiciliation of April 2020 to September 2020 when an accounting firm is supposed to save us time and optimize the expenses of the company to earn more money or at least not to be the cause of loss of money for its client ! it is shameful ! (I was provided with a certificate for social organizations to stop taking their sample, alas, this certificate was not authentic in any of the 2 organizations I mentioned because they are based only on the radiation kbis for cease withdrawals).
I will definitely not recommend your practice after everything I have been through.

I strongly advise against this firm. Despite the low fees their service is not worth it. In fact, in addition to the fees they charged me additional fees on several occasions. To flee this bunch of dishonest ducks.

I am very disappointed with this company. I asked for a financial forecast which was botched. I was given a well encrypted document but the catastrophic formatting and BLUR, tilted table, colorless graphs with a legend where you can not know who is who.
I will never be able to present this to a bank or to anyone because it is not serious at all. Yet I paid.
I am in the process of having another made by another company.

Honestly, I do not understand the average visible here, believe me this cabinet is to be avoided. My partner called on them for her company and bitterly regrets her choice. They are not reactive at all, with each call, the person at the reception tells us that we will be called back ... Obviously we are never called back. For a report it took us more than 3 months of waiting, and we were asked several times for documents that had been correctly sent 2 months previously (threatening us not to be able to do the report without these documents ...)

Frankly, if it had to be done again, we would call on a more expensive firm to have competent and responsive interlocutors. I will end with the "advice" component that was sold to us at the start ... A point totally absent from the service! In short, run away, believe me.

This firm has caused me to lose thousands of euros in the two years that I worked with them because of their late tax returns, false declarations, hidden mission expenses, ....
