Terrible experience with this firm to which I entrusted the accounting management of a small structure with one person as staff and which has not generated turnover since September 2019.
I was put in contact with one of the firm's sales representatives who managed to convince me to opt for their service which will take care of retrieving my company's accounting file from my former accounting firm.
The former firm had prepared a complete export of my company's accounting file, the Firm-d-expertcomptable with which the accounting mission started in January 2019 did not recover it immediately (on the other hand I was indeed invoiced at all start then monthly).
I informed the Cabinet-d-expertaccountable on my decision to close the company in March 2020, the invoicing of the liquidation / dissolution was made a few days later and it is from there that the real ordeal took place. start. The accountant has asked me to provide the complete file of my company to dissolve it, but the Cabinet-d-expertcomptable is supposed to recover the file itself as it was planned with their sales representative at the very beginning of the contract. and that's what I told them in my return.
A few days later I received a reminder indicating that the closure cannot be done if I do not provide the file, I bounced back telling them that it is up to them to recover it radio silence then they send me a 3rd raise then a 4th etc. while almost ignoring my feedback (the answers to my questions / feedback were extremely rare).
I contacted their quality department to complain, said quality department started working with the project manager to retrieve the accounting file from the old firm, a few days later I was asked again and again for missing documents that I I was for a moment obliged to recover them by myself and provide them to them in order to go quickly and close the company which continues to generate fees (banking service, company domiciliation service).
Finally, my company was supposed to be liquidated in March 2020 (end of the year then dissolution), the balance sheet as well as the liquidation file were only finalized in September 2020! 6 months late for a company without turnover and movements since October 2019 and which has only one person as staff (the president), this delay made me lose almost 500 euros of banking services and business domiciliation of April 2020 to September 2020 when an accounting firm is supposed to save us time and optimize the expenses of the company to earn more money or at least not to be the cause of loss of money for its client ! it is shameful ! (I was provided with a certificate for social organizations to stop taking their sample, alas, this certificate was not authentic in any of the 2 organizations I mentioned because they are based only on the radiation kbis for cease withdrawals).
I will definitely not recommend your practice after everything I have been through.
