The staff here are super nice and helpful. The pool is really nice specially for the kids. They have daycare so when ever is raining I can leave my child and still work out. My kids love coming here and I enjoy working out here.

My husband found it as we were looking for a place for her to practice and improve basketball skills. Impressed with the level of instruction since the minute we walked in. Facilities are new and well kept, staff is informative and helpful. Easy parking and a plethora of services provided.

Nice YMCA when it comes to facilities. It's smaller than most YMCA's. Gym equipment is top notch. Did an event in the gym to celebrate Father's who commit to their families and it came out well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This specific Y has the latest equipment and up to date machinery. The Gym is moderately huge and has excellent, well-kept basketball hoops. Unfortunately, the pool is outside; looks beautiful but not every season of the year. The employees are also tolerable. They've never caused trouble and are always there to help, if you need it.

My family of 5 joined this Ymca just a little over...

My family of 5 joined this Ymca just a little over 2 weeks ago. I'm so disappointed that i already want to cancel my membership. For 1 when we walked up to the building i noticed the Orlando Health Logo and Dr. Phillips Logo on the front entrance door so i turn around to get my Orlando health ID badge only to be told that they no longer affiliate with them and the logo yet n still has been on there for year's. Then my entire family comes for the 1st time around 7:15pm thinking we'd have an hour to exercise however that was cut short due to the employee on duty telling us the facility closes at 8pm instead of 8:30pm which is posted on the front entrance door. Last Saturday on Feb 9th we were determined to do a little cardio and arrived at 3:00 only to be met by locked doors even though online it says open until 4pm and again it is stated on the front entrance door that they close at 3:30pm. Now today is the last straw. We arrived at 2:04pm only to be told that they now close at 2pm on Saturday's and that it has been posted for awhile. I'm very upset because 1. This note has not been posted since January 1st. 2. It is posted all the way in upper left hand corner of the door that is not used to enter nor exit the facility which is not visible until pointed out by FACILITY STAFF. 3. It should have been explained to me when paying my money for my membership to not pay attention to the door for opening and closing time's i ahould have been given a new updated hours of operation sheet or something. Or told to ask every single day what time will they be closing because online and logos on the actual entrance door has not been updated. I hope this review reaches the right person because i am a very unsatisfied customer right now.
