This was a new experience for me. I never had a car break down on me where the repairs would be excessive. My mechanic told me that the blown head gasket was going to run me over a grand to fix. It did not seem worth it to fix the car so I wanted it sold.

Good people who got me paid out in cash. The price was good because I called a couple of places like lkq, but they weren't able to give me as much for my car. My only regret is cash for clunkers ain't around anymore otherwise I could have used it on that new car purchase. But this was the best option I had.
