Good sales pitch and intention. Poor execution, does not pay attention to detail, loves job changes and poor after sales service. Fell short as a general contractor, you need to micro manage and assess daily progress. We were forced to jump in after the same mistakes were made over and over again. Definitely not a turnkey experience.
Lessons learned - Get a itemized quote with cost associated to every product and service. He budgets a cheap product at double or triple the price, if you decide to upgrade the itemization will come in handy. Lacks installation experience with high-end fixtures and products.
We selected the highest quote assuming you get what you pay for. Top dollar average job.
