Service is very bad .after buying software we have to learn on our own.many technicians has no adequate knowledge about their product .if you call them for emergency and updations phone will not get connect .manager himself is not picking our call . I have a doubt that whether the company is there are not.planing to claim legal compensation in consumer court.

This software is very complicated. Use Marg in pharmacy industry.
Company salesman are comparing others giant software companies but truly speaking it's nothing.

We are Using from 01.07.11 to till date.,
In Middle Gst Time., We have Changed to other Software
for Cost Effective., But Again we came back to Pharmassist
with in a Week of Time at July 17.

This is from Devi Medical And General store No 2084,R.P.C Layout,Vijayanagar, Bangalore-560104, I had installed c square software to my Medical till now I have one of the worst experience my life. They charge very high yearly charges and they will not give service at all. If we call their Answer is lunch hour or it's not their time. If we call they will tell we will call in few minutes and they will not respond. Please don't install this software.one of my request.
