The technical dance training is excellent. Good dance teachers! The studio is small and there is no space to sit. Some of the admin staff is cool but a lot of the people working there are very unprofessional, unfriendly and unorganized. I expected a more professional setting for the name.
Debbie Allen does great things for the children in the community and Nation wide.

Extraordinary place in all respects. Debbie mentioned the program on So You Think You Can Dance, in 2010 when she was a regular judge on the show. We were living in LA at the time and my son Javier was 5 . He said "I want to go to Debbie Allan's summer dance camp!" and we indulged him. Little did we know that out of the exposure to tap, hiphop, African, flamenco, and ballet, it would be Bronwyn's ballet class that would flip a switch inside him and set him on course for ballet being his life's purpose. Some of us go through our entire lives not having a passion and a purpose. He is now 13, in his 3rd year at Canada's National Ballet School in their Professional Ballet Program. Thank you Bronwyn and the team at DADA!
This is a great, no-nonsense studio with a super friendly staff and no attitude. You truly feel that everyone is welcome. Classes are diverse, the sound system is great, the room is large with plenty of mirrors, and now there are changing rooms too! So happy to have you in the neighborhood, Debbie Allen Dance Academy!

Argentine Tango with Julian Ramil on Friday nights is a great practica. If you are lucky? He and some of his band mates might do a practice and you get live music.
