I had an interview at pooram, i was a bit late becuase i had to travel around 5hrs to reach there so they allowed me to attend it anyway. But the they said it was an it company which does software development but it was a bpo company named bobcare...

Its actually a bit difficult to find out the place as it is located a bit away from the main road.. also its difficult to get bus from there frequently..other than that its a good company

A good place to start your career and better working environment

HR is really unpleasant and just hung up the phone without hearing me completely. I just wanted a copy of my relieving letter, and they have been so busy for months now!!! Really unacceptable response from such a big firm!

Humble request to the management is to move to a good looking office building or demolish the part of the building which is pending for construction.

About the tests, initially there was a written assessment(Mcq). Secondly, a technical interview and finally hr interview. In technical round, they asked about Linux basics and networking.They also have a training period. Great for freshers to start their carrier in Linux. Best platform to learn, with lot of friendly people:)

A small IT company . Freshers are paid with much lesser salary
