Writing my 2nd review as they asked me to take down my 1st review. I(R.P Agency) have been their customer since they began their journey. I have been getting pathetic service from their end, they don't pick up my calls neither return them or my text/telegram messages. The service pathetic and i pay for this service.Will probably be switching to a different service provider in the next financial year. Been patiently requesting them to solve my query since a week, if could not be done, they can tell me as i would find a way to do it.Please find the attached screenshots for reference

Update: They have resolved my issues partially,the rest will be done tomorrow(5/1/21) as per the communication from Mr.Omkar
