This is a franchise owner of McDonald's restaurants' scattered thru the Salt Lake Valley. The owner of the restaurant locations is one of the cleanest locales of these such eateries, and has somehow kept the older burger place classic, good tasting, fresh-clean, well cooked and fast! Too bad they don't own every McDonalds in the valley and perhaps we would all still be thankful for the classics!! Thanks C & R !!
Missed half the order. Than gave hamburgers with onion after requesting no onions and my daughter is highly allergic to onions!
The Magna location is VERY rude. I called them approximately around 11:47pm to ask a very simple question, "Do you have milkshakes?" Because I have only known for them to have McFlurry's. The rude female hung up on me as soon as I asked. So, I called back several times trying to get an answer but never did. Very rude & unprofessional, should NOT be employed there.
Only a management company for all the mcdonalds restaurants in the salt lake valley, staff is fairly friendly if they give a crap about you.
Lady was very rude and of non assistance. I called Monday November 14th at noon. She sounds like she dreads talking to people and hates her job.. very annoyed.
They have two of the best run locations I have ever seen! Every employee has been awesome. I go out of my way to buy from them. Always a good experience
I went to the store in Saratoga Springs. Night and day difference from the previous management. C & R staff never greeted us. They emptied boxes while our food sat there and got cold. The store was filthy dirty. Before the place was clean, the staff was friendly, the store was organized and our food was always hot. We won't go back. I tried to give this zero stars but it wouldn't let me post.
Went to West Jordan Store and found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Don't laugh but I have ordered the same meal for decades and as the menu combinations have recently changed, they were very understanding and accomodated me.

Been trying to get through for a couple weeks because my daughter was not able to get her payment. They do not answer the phones. Need to go there in person to get something done. Added a star since they finally paid her.
Our experience yesterday at your new Farmington facility was appalling. I took my granddaughters their before going shopping for school. The place was a mess, flies were everywhere, the staff was apologizing for everything.
Couldn't sale gift certs. couldn't do a certain order for a client. It was a disaster! My son had stopped there a few weeks ago and had the same experience. I know this is a new store and there are some learning curves, but there is no excuse for this! Where is your training staff? Oh BTW the new ordering screen was so dirty I didn't want to touch it.
