Our experience yesterday at your new Farmington facility was appalling. I took my granddaughters their before going shopping for school. The place was a mess, flies were everywhere, the staff was apologizing for everything.
Couldn't sale gift certs. couldn't do a certain order for a client. It was a disaster! My son had stopped there a few weeks ago and had the same experience. I know this is a new store and there are some learning curves, but there is no excuse for this! Where is your training staff? Oh BTW the new ordering screen was so dirty I didn't want to touch it.
