When my husband and I had dinner here we went on a day that was overcast w light rain, and it was the most beautiful. I personally chose the healthy part of the menu and I was not disappointed. I would love to go here again and again just to try the menu once more and relive the night over.

Beautiful location, well prepared food and good portions, get a table outside if you can. Be prepared for 60+ minutes of waiting time and very competitive bar seating. I had to double check the cutlery for food remains, but the staff helped immediately.
This was a wonderful lunch spot with a great view. I tried the lobster mac and cheese but I would say get that as a starter and split it with the table. I also got the Filet, and it was really good. I want to try this place for dinner sometime.
Our server Bradley was amazing! Both my boyfriend and I had the same thought the first 15 minutes of our first-time visit to C Level, "This guys gonna get a great tip!" Bradley made sure that we were greeted immediately after our table was cleaned - ice water in hand. We wanted to sit beneath a heater and not only did he get clearance to re-seat immediately but turned it on for us without us having to ask after we were sat down. Despite being busy as a server with several tables inside and outside the building, we never wanted for anything. Once we thought he forgot our napkins but we looked up and he had them in hand. :) I was so impressed! As a previous waitress myself, I know that this kind of work ethic and passion cannot be taught! Please give that man a raise!! The entire staff was incredible but Bradley definitely went above and beyond. Thanks everyone! Food was incredible, everything was clean and disinfected before and after use (not even water spots on the silverware!), everyone was wearing their mask perfectly over their nose and mouth, every server and bus persons hair was secured back. Incredibly professional.
We waited one hour and a half to sit outside with a view, it's worth it because of the amazing views. Our waiter was so nice, but the service was slow we waited about couple hours to eat our appetizer and after half an hour they served our entries even the kids meal for my daughter. The food was good and we had fun and the prices were sensible.
Mahi mahi tacos are delish. And the service is always great. The view is unbeatable and for the price is not too bad. I love their customer first attitude and they truly help people who have food restrictions. Love love love this place
Nice atmosphere and beautiful view, however the food wasn't up to par. I was expecting some great seafood for being right at the bay however the fish back in Colorado was better than what I was served, the steak was very chewy and served on a plate of very wet spinach. This place was recommended by locals however seems to only survive by the view.
Eating at C Level Lounge was a wonderful experience at the bay. They have seating outdoors overlooking the water. Come early for good seating. Order the Lobster mac and cheese to be satisfied by the lobster to pasta ratio. The Ahi tuna stack was fresh and filling. I would love to return in the future for dinner.
Way to pricey for what's comes on the plate. Parking is a joke/scam. Anything but valet parking is almost out of the question. Save the money an go somewhere else.
Great food and service sitting outside under the overhead heaters. Great lobster blt served with mediocre lobster bisque...it was in desperate need of some sherry n additional flavors in the bisque but still very happy with meal choice
Hubby and I dined here on our last night in San Diego, and what a treat it was! We ate outside on the patio and had a truly spectacular view of downtown San Diego, plus our server was one of the best we've ever had - and we've both worked in the industry and now enjoy dining out with some regularity. Michael was swamped with tables, but never failed to be courteous, kind, funny and considerate - to us and all eight other tables he had, including some larger parties.
We would eat there again in a heartbeat. We happened to be there during "restaurant week" where they had a special fixed menu with smaller options, and it was perfect for us. We both got something different and really enjoyed our meals.
Our group made a last minute decision to dine at C Level/Island Prime. This dual restaurant has great food on either side. Matt the manager was great when I called and when we showed up he was pleasant and recognized us as someone he just spoke with on the phone. He was honest in how long our wait would be and when we didn't respond to the buzzer he found us to seat us. The restaurant was packed being restaurant week but you would have thought we were the only ones there to be taken care of. I noticed he treated everyone he spoke with the same as he treated us, kind and accommodating. Don't forget the view and food are amazing but having great staff to top that is a pleasure.
I will cut to the chase - this is a tourist trap- don't go to the C-Level restaurant. Actually there are two restaurants in one building - through one door. One is called C-Level and the other is called Island Prime. We went to this restaurant because the menu on the internet offered prime rib. On the web site the restaurant is listed as C-level Island Prime.
When my wife and I got to the restaurant, a hostess was outside to greet us - who did not ask which restaurant we wanted. Instead we were taken directly to the left to the C-Level restaurant. Come to find out, there was a hostess inside who takes reservation for the Island Prime. The long and short of it is - tourist are directed to the C-Level restaurant, while locals in the know, make reservations for the Island Prime.
The food menu at the C-Level is soup, sandwiches, and a few beef items. The food at the C-level is terrible. I order the Fish and Chips which looked and tasted like frozen fish sticks. That was after I tried the Lobster Sandwich which hardly contained any lobster and which was ice cold.
I think they changed their menu and recopies! Came here for lunch on Sunday. Their clam chowder was too creamy! Their mushrooms was really bad! Tested like iron and it was so watery! I'm giving 4 stars because their service is amazing and I'm gonna give it another chance sometime soon!
We had a wonderful evening at C Level. It was my brother's birthday and they were fantastic. We are by theater and watched the lights go on on San Diego. The drinks and food were outstanding and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you.
The service was amazing, and the people were very friendly. I had my ten month old with me and they were very accommodating. I had a very great time. Food was well seasoned, hot and fresh. Thank you to the staff for my pleasant visit.
Great food and excellent service. Everything we had was delicious. Make sure to have the brie and lobster bisque. Not everything is on the menu so be sure to ask. (I had the fish tacos - outstanding.) Not rushed at all; plenty of time to talk and enjoy the surroundings. It cost us about $100 per person with minimal drinks but well worth it.
The Food was tasty delicious and fresh, service was excellent we had the fish tacos and the seafood pasta, the kids ordered fish and chips and the portion was big they couldn t finish, they took the rest home to eat later, they ate it the next day and still taste great
Food was pretty good not stellar. Had the chicken sandwich. Didn't really have a lot of flavor and my wife's food had a hair in it. They made it right of course but it takes away from the overall experience.
Gorgeous view, will return. Will not order calamari (needed magnifying glass to find ..skimpy), not order coconut shrimp because I'd prefer 3 jumbo shrimp over 5 scrawny, mud pie large but average
