I would not recommending going to this place. the food was ok, the service was awful we started with a server named Sierra that was complaining in front of tables to a blonde boy cleaning the tables about, how busy it is, and how no one is helping her, and mumbling things. super unprofessional. She grabbed our drink order, she rushed my daughter to order her drink, and my wife felt super rushed, and didn't get the answers to the questions about beer she had, so she choose water. The Porter that I ordered, they didn't have the bartender Jo was super helpfully, and got the IPA for me. We than waited 15 minuets for her to take our food order. we finally had to waive down another server, that ended up taking care of us for the rest of the stay, she was very personable and did a great job! I felt super pressured to sign and tip and rate the experience well the server was right in front of us, even though the server did a good job, the food, and over all experience for sure wasn't tip worthy, I felt pressured to leave 3 stars on the iPad. I would not recommend going to this place, shop is right next door, and you will probably get better service and food over there. Will not be returning.

This restaurant is amazing! I've been here 3 times so far. They have a great beer selection as well as good wine. You must try the bbq bacon burger... it even has pulled pork on it as well, delicious!!!!
Their wait staff is great and very helpful even when they are not your server which is a very nice touch.

First time going to your brewing company. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup by phone. The girl on the phone said it would be ready when I got there.
Went to pick it up at around 1:00 p.m. (on my short lunch break) and received one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in a long time. It wasn't like the place was packed either. No one was up front to greet anyone. Sign says wait to be seated. Good luck on that. It took a while to get someone's attention. By the time I got my soup my lunch break was over. The server finally brought it to me and said it had been sitting there the whole time. I told her that was my first time to your place and the last time. There are plenty of other eating establishments but I will be sure not to recommend yours.

Just missed happy hour, but the flight of beers I tried were all great. The Angry Elk Amber Ale was my favorite between a Blonde Ale, a Scottish Ale, and a Milk Stout. Pretzel with beer cheese was tasty and the smoked wings were good. The rub flavor was better than the house hot sauce, the hot felt that it was going just for heat without the flavor. Server was nice and actually stopped to talk even though the place was pretty busy on a snowy Friday night. We'll definitely be back.

Have eaten in once, and had takeout once. Although the food was good (chips & salsa, fish and chips, and roast beef sandwich), it was not elevated. We didn t like the salsa rojo, but the pico is good. Chips are delicious. The fish and chips are yummy, but seriously, two bites of coleslaw. The roast beef sandwich was flavorful, but small. The service was friendly and fast! Prices are way too high for what is served; $16 for a roast beef sandwich on the small side. Their sparkling lemonade and potato wedges are very tasty. Will be back, but due to prices, will need to be a special occasion restaurant.

The food was amazing. I had the the he l l chicken and it was terrific. Sweet followed by some southern heat. Their Czech pilsner was a great way to finish off a day of paddle boarding. My wife had the smoked salmon wrap. The smoke on it was thick and
delicious. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did ours.

This is my update on Lariat. When I first went they just opened. So of course they will have some hiccups. I just went back with some friends for beers. They are nailing it now. Running perfect on all cylinders. Their beer selection is outstanding and the food is on point. What a great addition to the neighborhood.

Was welcomed by friendly staff as we entered the restaurant and our waiter, Kenny, was energetic, friendly and personable. Food was seasoned perfectly, fresh, tasty and large portions served.

Outstanding service tonight! They were incredibly busy, but communicated in a timely manner with all guest I over heard and they had my to go order ready for me really fast. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed the experience! We ll definitely be dining in again and again!

Came here with a large group today for Brunch/Lunch. The chilli chicken mac'n'cheese was delicious and overall service was pretty good...I wasn't too thrilled at my experience getting a non-alcoholic drink. It took me about 45 minutes to get an Arnold Palmer and then once I did, it tasted like fizzy sink water. Overall it's a nice big place and they're accommodating the distancing guidelines well

I brought my parents here for a nice dinner on Monday night, and the service we got from our waitress Morgan was phenomenal. My mother has mild dementia, as she ask Morgan the same question several times, she was patient, and answered every time with a smile, she never showed annoyance or frustration which is not usually seen when i bring my mother out in public. She made sure that we were taken care of from the time of sitting down to, wishing us a good night as we left the building. The recommendations made on the food from her incredible, we are not usually drinks but she talked us into a glass of wine and a strawberry smash, and she wasn't wrong about the banana pudding. You must keep her. The atmosphere is a little loud but the restaurant was packed, so its understandable! We will be returning soon! Thanks for the great food and outstanding service!

Delicious food and beer @lariatlodge. The chili boasted the perfect amount of heat and the Elk sausage contained complex spices and just the right amount of fire. Plus it snapped when you bit into it, which is the hallmark of a perfect cook. Great space, great food, great service.

we have been here 5 times and 3 of the 5 we have had Morgan as our server I see, a lot of good reviews on her already and they are nothing but true! If you want to feel taken care of, have full drinks (because a empty glass for 20 minuets is annoying), I recommend asking for her section! The other two times weren t bad but the service and thoughtfulness was lacking, and I have never seen her without a smile! The manager Derek talk with us a bit tonight super great guy and nice to have a manager checking in on guest experiences. Food always has been on point! The burger maybe could use some work, as far as temps go. Angry Elk is amazing! Hope they bring back their Goliath beer soon, that one is by far my favorite! They have great kids options and everything is reasonably priced! Will be back soon.

This is the second location for this Brewery. Their first location is great and food is very consistent. We gave this new location a chance and it has the same decent menu however with a very different atmosphere. It is large with a very open-air feel. Brewhouse is onsite and huge compared to the Evergreen locale. Plenty of room for large parties and reservation space for events. Beer is decent, not too many options when we visited but they do have a full bar.

Food was excellent and flavorful, and beers were very good. My only complaint was that the prices were high, so for me, this is somewhere to come for special occasions. I'm excited for the next time I get to come back!

Big spacious brewery that has tons of potential but hasn't quite gotten there yet. Food is kind of pricey but still good. Their beer menu is limited but I'm sure it will grow as they settle in to their new digs

Very comforting dinning, nice menu, lots to choice from. The beer is wonderful. Service was above and beyond. Can't wait to go back in the summer for outdoor seating. Everything on the menu is home made, and it really shows. Truly GOOD EATING.

This place needs to remove Brewing from their name! Went on 4th of July, so I was not expecting much. The atmosphere is great and cozy. The hostess we had was fantastic and made some great honest recommendation. The Hog n' Fritters were an amazing appetizer with their pulled pork and peach BBQ sauce was a nice touch. The Reuben sandwich was great and the coleslaw was creamy and different, but still delicious. The BBQ burger is a lot of great tasting food, but too greasy for my taste. The bun was soggy and fallen apart by the time it made it to the table. The beer is possibly the worst I've had in Colorado, and I tried all 11 beers in tap. They all taste incredibly generic and watered down almost.all of the beers taste like the master brewer went to Google and used the first recipe he found for each style. The IPAs were probably their best offering, however they was still mediocre at best. It's a lot to pay $16.50 6 pours in a flight of bad beer.

Terrible Experience. After being seated for 10 mins without being acknowledged, we had to move across the aisle to the many vacant tables so we could at least see the football game while we waited. Once we were finally greeted and offered drink orders, the server seemed to make a point that the delay was due to the fact that we moved tables (literally two feet away). After ordering a beer, I watched the server take care of countless other tables before finally remembering my drink. This was also the case with a follow up drink order after receiving our food.
Having worked in the restaurant business in my younger years, I am empathetic to the challenges of staffing for busier times; however, this was just not the case. Many "beer crew" staff were wondering around. One was eating off the table of some other patrons two tables down (yes he was on the clock as he later tried to take my plate out from under me while I was still using it). After all of this, the meal was ridiculously over-priced for the quality of food and the poor service. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Had heard good things about the Lariat. The beer was good and so was the food. Unfortunately the wait staff is clueless. The restaurant was not very busy when were sat down at corner table. After about ten minutes of waiting, had to get up and find a staff member to find a waitress. Eventually a waitress did show to take our orders. After drinks and the food showed our waitress ignored us completely. We never got asked for more drinks or anything. When it came time to pay we were shown the bill on a tablet with just a total and not itemized at all. After asking for a printed copy and annoying our waitress by doing so we left a very small tip and left.
Like I said at the beginning I had heard good things about the Lariat. The beer was good and so was the food. I hope for better service in the future.

A group of us met for hors d'oeuvres at Lariat Lodge. The burger originally came out overcooked. However, a new one was made and it was delicious. I also had the Lariat Mule (a version of the Moscow Mule), which was good, but had too high of an ice to drink ratio.

first time being here after spending the day in the mountains, Had there Lariat Lodge IPA on recommendation was a easy sip but nice hoppy flavor. Their cubano was absolutely to die for the IPA mustard was also a banger! Got great service from Kiera and her lovely trainer Jessica, they definitely made the experience worth coming back for.

Even though this place is the second restaurant this company has, after going once to the Littleton location, I would not return.
Their craft beer is average and nothing impressed me from their flight of beers (amber, two IPA's, and a sour).
Myself and two others ordered food and the wings really are good with their dry rub, but that couldn't make up the difference for the rest of the experience.
The other two individual's food came out correct and hot and they enjoyed their meal, nothing to brag about but they enjoyed their meals.
I ordered a BBQ burger, medium rare, with no cheese and fries (the server even made the comment that she didn't think the burger had cheese but "okay...").
When my burger came out WITH cheese, I had to send it back (I'm lactose intolerant unfortunately).
When my burger came back out it was well done and the fries were cold.
Once we all were done with our meals, we were sitting with no drinks, and no ticket for a good 10 minutes while our server couldn't be seen.
Also, for a restaurant just being opened for a couple weeks, there was no manager or owner around to check on people's experiences and what not, so that's a huge red flag for me as well.
Overall experience is definitely One Star, wings were good, however, they are not enough to make me want to go back.

My server Ciara was absolutely amazing
Always right there when I needed food was ok but because of the service I will definitely return, if not for her I'd probably never return. Don't lose her she is awesome. Best Sunday ever

We usually go to the evergreen location, last night we attended the Ken Caryl location and hands the best service and food! Despite the fact the computers weren t working Morgan and Tyler were out standing! They were super helpful, the excitement and care they had for our needs made our experience that much more enjoyable! The Goliath and banana pudding were perfectly plated and just as described by our servers! Thank you Morgan and Tyler for going above and beyond and treating us like we are at home! We will be returning soon!

A party of 18 friends had a lovely lunch at Lariat Lodge Ltn this afternoon; when I got home I noticed my gold ring was missing! Sam answered the phone when I called, asked where I sat and took the time to look for my ring...which he found! I m so grateful! I found it refreshing to find such an honest person who went above and beyond in customer care! I wanted the management and owners to know they have a gem in Sam!

We have been waiting a long time for a good restaurant in Ken Caryl area and finally we got it! Food was excellent, service was quick and friendly. Looking forward to more great meals and beverages at this new brewery!

Burger was great, but the Chili, if you don t get their Chili, theres a straight jacket with your name on it. Its amazing, hot and flavorful ! Put it on the mac and cheese or burger. If they shipped it cross country, id buy it by the bucket. They wouldn t sell me the recipe

Food and beers are good, but the bartenders are pretty bad at service. They re quite friendly, but do a really poor job of noticing who is empty and needs a refill. It s quite easy to do a quick scan of empty drinks and ask. But they re too busy having lengthy conversations with their favorites. I suspect I had two empty drinks for about 20 minutes each, before I just left.
